Claims (5)

  1. 고온에서의 강도 및 내식성을 향상시킨 오오스테나이트 강철에 있어서,
    C 0.40-0.65wt% N 0.35-0.60wt% Mg 2.0-3.0wt%
    Cr 22.0-24.0wt% Ni 7.5-8.5wt% Mo 0.7-1.3wt%
    V 0.6-1.2wt% Nb 0.7-1.5wt% Si 0.3wt% 정도
    S 0.03wt% 정도
    P 0.025 정도, 철 및 불순물 100wt%
    로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고온에서의 강도 및 내식성을 향상시킨 오오스 테나이트 강철.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, C,N,V,Mo 및 Nb가 특정한 비율로 서로 밀접하게 연관되어 있으며, 전술한 특정한 비율은
    의 산술적 관계식으로 원자분율로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온에서의 강도 및 내식성을 향상시킨 오오스테나이트 강철.
  3. 고온에서의 강도 및 내식성을 향상시킨 강철의 제조공정에 있어서, 제1항의 강철을 1130-1230℃에서 0.2-3시간 동안 비팅(beating)하여 가용화시키고,
    650-870℃에서 40-0.5시간 동안 열처리하여 시효처리한 후 공기 중에서 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온에서의 강도 및 내식성을 향상시킨 강철의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 1170-1190℃에서 1-0.5시간 동안 가용화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전술한 강철의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 740-820℃에서 각각 20-4시간 동안 열적 시효처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전술한 강철의 제조방법.
