Claims (11)

  1. 자동차의 휘일과 결합된 최소한 하나의 브레이크에서 페달에 의해 제어되는 서어보 브레이크로 작동되는 마스실린더와, 정상시에는 브레이크 회로를 닫으며 풀림방지기구의 제어하에서는 회로의 브레이크액을 저장하기 위한 장치와 연이어 통하도록 휘일브레이크를 놓음으로써 휘일브레이크 내의 압력을 감소시키는 술레노이드 밸브로 구성되는, 휘일풀림방지기구가 장치된 자동차용 유압브레이크회로에 있어서, 풀림방지기구의 작동과정동안 회로내의 압력맥동으로부터 마스터실린더를 단절시키기 위한 제1체크밸브(11)와, 브레이크 페달상의 압력이 풀렸을때 유체가 마스터실린더 안으로 복귀되는 것을 허용하기 위하여 휘일브레이크의 출구와 마스터실린더의 출구 사이에 연결된 회로의 분기로 내에서 제1밸브(11)의 상류에 위치된 제2 체크밸브(12)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘일 방지기구가 장치된 자동차용 유압브레이크 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 브레이크 액을 저장하기 위한 장치는 제1러큐뮤레이터와, 솔레노이드밸브의 “팽창”출구에 연결된 펌프(24)와, 펌프의 출구와 제1체크밸브 사이로 연결된 제2고압어큐뮤레이터(24)로 구성되며, 이 펌프는 솔레노이드밸브와 동시에 풀림방지제어 기구에 의해 시동되어서, 제2어코뮤레이터(24)내의 유체의 압력은 밸브(11)가 닫히도록 하며 이에 따라 마스터실린더를 단절시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘일풀림방지기구가 장치된 자동차용 유압브레이크 회로.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 체크밸브(11)와 조합하여, 회로내의 유체압력을 서서히 높이는 차단부재(27)에 의해 회로의 밀폐를 개시하도록 휘일브레이크의 압력감소에 민감한 파일러트 제어식 밸브(6)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘일 풀림방지기구가 장치된 자동차용 유압브레이크 회로.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 파일러트 제어식 밸브(6)는, 시이트상의 닫음위치에 있는 헤드가 제1 및 제2 유체분실의 한계를 정하며, 이들 분실들중의 하나는 차단부재(27)와 솔레노이드밸브의 단절위치 사이로 위치되며, 다른 분실은 밸브(11)와 펌프(23)의 출구 사이에 위치되며, 헤드(8) 반대편의 플런저의 끝은 해방위치쪽으로 가압하는 스프링을 수용한 챔버(19)안에 이동가능하게 되어 있으며, 이 챔버(19)는 한편으로는 솔레모이트밸브(16)의 “단절”쪽과 연이어 통하는 풀림 장치가 장치된 자동차용 유압브레이크용 회로.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제3체크밸브(l3)는 마스터 실린더로 부터 어큐뮤레이터(24)로의 유체의 어떠한 흐름도 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘일 풀립방직가 자치된 자동차용 유압브레이크 회로.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 솔레노이브밸브는 3방향이며, 일명 “단절”과 “팽창”위치인 2기의 위치들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘일 풀림방지기구가 장치된 자동차용 유압브레이크 회로.
  7. 제1항 및 제2항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 회로내의 유체압력을 서서히 높이는 차단부재(22)에 의해 회로의 폐쇄를 개시하기 위하여 풀림방지기구의 컴퓨터에 의해 제어되는 단절 솔레노이드밸브(30)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘일 풀림방지기구가 장치된 자동차용 유압브레이크 회로.
  8. 제1항 및 제2항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 밸브(12)는 제동과정의 끝에서 휘일브레이크내의 압력의 제어상태로 휘일브레이크(5)와 마스터실린더를 서로 연이어 통하게 놓는 파일러트 제어식 밸브(31)로 대체되어서, 휘일 브레이크에 수동된 유체가 마스터실린더안으로 흘러들어갈 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘일 풀림방지기구가 장치된 자동차용 유압브레이크 회로.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 체크밸브(11 및 12)는 미세하게 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘일방지기구가 장치된 자동차용 유압브레이크 회로.
  10. 4륜 자동차의 2개의 대각휘일들과 각각 결합되며, 각각의 2등분회로는 제1 및 제2 보조회로로 구성되고, 각각은 독립적으로 2등분회로와 결합된 2개의 회로들로 구성되는 유압브레이크 회로에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 보조회로는 각각 특허청구의 범위 제8항 및 제9항에 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압브레이크 회로.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2보조회로는 각각 전륜과, 교차된 위치에서 후륜과 결합된, 후륜에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압브레이크 회로.
