Claims (5)
- 방사선검출소자어레이를 사용한 방사선상 촬상장치에 있어서. 각 방사선검출소자에 대응하는 회로를 온도변화의 영향을 무시할 수 없는 부분과 무시할 수 있는 부분으로 분리하고, 적어도 후자의 회로부분은 촬상동작중에만 전력을 공급하고, 전자의 부분은 비촬상기간중 발열용전력을 공급하도록 한 것을 특정으로 하는 방사선상 촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서. 온도변화의 영향을 무시할 수 없는 회로부분에의 반열용전력의 공급이, 그 회로자신에의 전력공급인 방사선상 촬상장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 온도변화의 영양을 무시할 수 없는 회로부분에의 발열용선력의 공급이, 동 회로부분을 에워싼 반열소자에의 급전인 방사선상 촬상장치.
- 방사선검출소자어레이를 사용한 방사선상 촬상장치에 있어서, 방사선검출소자의 출력신호를 증폭하는 회로부분에 있어서, 신호입력단자를 0레벨로 떨어뜨리는 스위치수단과 부귀환회로를 배설하고, 이 부귀환회로에 부귀환신호를 유지하는 수단과, 부귀환신호산 고정하는 스위치수단을 배설한것을 특징으로 하는 방사선상 촬상장치.
- 방사선검출소자어레이 및 회로부분을 배치한 기판과 동 기판을 이동시켜서 방사선상면을 주사하는 수단을 가지며, 상기 기판의 방사선상면주사 스트로우크단부의 위치에 상기 기판상의 회로부분을 강제냉각하는 냉각수단을 배설한것을 특징으로 하는 방사선상 촬상장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
