Claims (9)
- X線を発生するX線源と、
前記X線を基に蛍光を発するシンチレータと、
前記蛍光を電気信号に変換する複数の受光素子と、前記複数の受光素子と同一基板上であって前記複数の受光素子にそれぞれ対応する複数の熱源素子と、温度センサとを有するフォトダイオードアレイと、
前記電気信号に基づく透過データをデジタル変換して収集するデータ収集部と、
前記温度センサで検知された温度を基に前記複数の熱源素子へ印加される電流及び電圧のうち少なくともいずれかを調整することで、前記複数の熱源素子の発熱量を制御する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 冷却ファンをさらに備え、
前記制御部は、スキャン時に前記冷却ファンの風量を調整することで、前記フォトダイオードアレイの温度を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記フォトダイオードアレイの温度の目標値を設定し、非スキャン時に、前記フォトダイオードアレイの温度が前記目標値となるように前記複数の熱源素子の発熱量を制御することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記温度センサ及び前記複数の熱源素子は、半導体プロセスで製造されて前記フォトダイオードアレイに埋め込まれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記複数の熱源素子のそれぞれを、抵抗素子とすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記複数の熱源素子のそれぞれを、ユニポーラ型のトランジスタとすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記複数の熱源素子のそれぞれを、MOSFET(metal−oxide−semiconductor field−effect transistor)とすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記複数の熱源素子のそれぞれを、バイポーラ型のトランジスタとすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記複数の発熱素子は前記制御部に共通接続され、
前記制御部は、前記電流及び前記電圧を共通接続された前記複数の発熱素子それぞれに供給することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のうち一項に記載のX線CT装置。
