Claims (5)
- X線を光に変換するシンチレータと、
前記シンチレータによって変換された前記光に基づいて電気信号を生成する光電変換部と、
前記光電変換部の温度を所定温度近傍で吸熱制御する温度制御手段と、
を備えるX線CT装置。 - 前記シンチレータ、前記光電変換部、前記温度制御手段を回転部に備え、
前記回転部の回転が停止しているときに前記温度制御手段を冷却する冷却手段を備える請求項1に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記温度制御手段は、前記光電変換部で発生した熱を吸収し蓄熱する潜熱蓄熱材を備える請求項1又は2に記載のX線CT装置。
- 前記温度制御手段は、
吸熱面と放熱面を有し、電流が印加されると前記光電変換部で発生した熱を前記吸熱面で吸熱し前記放熱面で放熱するペルチェ素子と、
前記光電変換部の温度を計測する温度センサと、
前記温度センサが計測した温度に基づいて前記ペルチェ素子に電流を印加する温度コントローラと、
前記ペルチェ素子の前記放熱面で放熱された熱を蓄熱する蓄熱部と、
を備える請求項1又は2に記載のX線CT装置。 - 前記光電変換部の温度を計測する温度センサを備え、
前記冷却手段は、前記温度センサによって計測された前記光電変換部の温度に基づいて前記温度制御手段を冷却する請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一つに記載のX線CT装置。
