Claims (4)

  1. X선원에서 폭사된 피검체를 투과한 X선 영상을 이미지인 텐시파이어로 광학영상으로 변화하고, 그 광학영상을 텔레비전 카메라로 촬영하여 모니터 표시 또는 화상기록하도록 한 X선 촬영장치에 있어서, 고체촬상소자를 사용한 텔레비전 카메라를 사용하여 X선을 폭사하는 기간을 검지할 수 있는 수단을 가지는 동시에 X선 폭사 중에는 상기 고체촬상소자에 대하여 전하 축적부에서 전송부에 대하여 전하를 옮기기 위한 필드시프트 펄스의 공급을 정지하는 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 촬영장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 필드 시프트 펄스 공급 중지중에도 전송부로부터의 전하 독출 동작을 계속하는 제어를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 촬영장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 X선 폭사가 종료한 직후의 1프레임만의 상기 고체촬상소자로부터의 화상 데이타를 기록하는 제어를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 좔영장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제어수단은 프레임 내의 특정화소의 픽셀치 또는 복수의 특정화소의 픽셀치의 가산평균이 미리 정한 임계치를 초과하는 1프레임만의 상기 고체촬상소자로부터의 화상데이타를 기록하는 제어를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 촬영장치.
