Claims (16)
- 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 조절 가수분해하고, 경우에 따라 유리산 형태를 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 양이온성 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 구조식(Ⅰ)의 항생물질 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 양이온성염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해를 아세토니트릴/물 용매중의 파라-톨루엔 설폰산을 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 이세토니트릴/물 조성물이 5 내지 0.5%의 물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅱ)화합물의 나트륨염 1당량에 대해서 팔-톨루엔 설폰산 1.1몰 당량을 사용하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅱ)화합물의 나트륨염 1당량에 대해서 파라-톨루엔 설폰산 1.1몰 당량을 사용하는 방법
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 수득된 항생물질을 동물의 영양 사료와 혼합하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수득된 항생물질을 동물의 영양 사료와 혼합하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수득된 항생물질을 동물의 영양 사료와 혼합하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수득된 항생물질을 동물의 영양 사료와혼합하는 방법.
- 소 또는 돼지의 성장을 촉진하고/허거나 사료의 활용도를 증진시키는데 효과적인 양의 제1항에 따른 항생물질을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 소 또는 돼지용 영양 사료 조성물.
- 돼지 또는 소에게 제1항에 따른 항생물질의 성장 촉진량 또는 사료-활용 효율 증진량을 투여함으로써 돼지 또는 소에 있어서 성장을 촉진 시키고/시키거나 사료 활용의 효율을 증진시키는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 항생물질을 돼지 또는 소가 먹을 사료에 첨가함으로써 상기 항생 물질을 상기 돼지 또는 소에게 투여하는 방법.
- 가금에게 있어 콕시듐(coccidium)감염증을 치료하는데 효과적인 양의 제1항에 따른 항생물질 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 가금용 영야 사료 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 항생물질 화합물의 항-콕시듐 유효량을 가금에게 투여함으로써 가금에 있어 콕시듐 감염증을 치료하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 항생물질을 가금이 먹을 사료에 첨가함으로써 상기 항생물질을 상기 가금에게 투여하는 방법.
- 구조식(Ⅱ)의 항생물질 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 양이온성 염.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
