Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식(I) 화합물을 임의로 라세미체 또는 광학적 이성질체의 혼합물 형태 또는 순수한 에난티오머 또는 디아스테레오머형태로, 통상적인 부형제 및/또는 담체와 함께 함유함을 특징으로 하는 살진균제.
    상기식에서, 아릴은 비치환되거나 C1-5알킬, C1-5알콕시, C1-5알킬-SOn(n=0.1 또는 2), 할로겐, NO2, CF3, CN, CH3OCH2, (CH3)2NCH2, COO 알킬, CONH2또는 페닐로 일-내지 삼-치환된 페닐그룹 : 1-또는 2-나프틸그룹 : 임의로 염소-치환된 2-, 3- 또는 4-피리딜그룹 : 피리미딜 또는 퀴놀린그룹이고, Q는(m=0.1 또는 2)이며, R1은 H, C1-5알킬 또는 알릴이고, R2및 R3는 H, C1-6알킬(이는 또한 쇄에 산소 또는 황원자를 함유할 수 있다), C3-7사이클로알킬, -CH2-COO-(C1-5알킬) 또는 페닐이거나, R2및 R3는 함께-(CH2)4-, -(CH2)5- 또는일 수 있으며, R4는 CN 또는 CONH2이고, R5는 H, CH3또는 C2H5이며, R5은 H 또는 CH3이고, X는 산소 또는 황이다.
  2. 임의의 라세미체 또는 광학적 이성질체의 혼합물 형태, 또는 순수한 에나티오머 또는 디아스테레오머 형태인 하기 일반식(I) 화합물.
    상기식에서, 아릴은 비치환되거나 C1-5알킬, C1-5알킬-SOn(n=0.1 또는 2), 할로겐, NO2, CF3, CN, CH3OCH2, (CH3)2NCH2, COO 알킬, CONH2또는 페닐로 일-내지 삼-치환된 페닐그룹 : 1-또는 2-나프틸그룹 : 임의로 염소-치환된 2-, 3- 또는 4-피리딜그룹 : 피리미딜 또는 퀴놀린그룹이고, Q는 (m=0.1 또는 2)이며, R1은 H, C1-5알킬 또는 알릴이고, R2및 R3는 H, C1-6알킬(이는 또한 쇄에 산소 또는 황원자를 함유할 수 있다), C3-7사이클로알킬, -CH2-COO-(C1-5알킬) 또는 페닐이거나, R2및 R3는 함께-(CH2)4-, -(CH2)5- 또는일 수 있으며, R4는 CN 또는 CONH2이고, R5는 H, CH3또는 C2H5이며, R5은 H 또는 CH3이고, X는 산소 또는 황이며, 단, (a) Q가 CH(CH3)이고 CR23R4가 -CH2CN인 경우에 아릴 -X-는이 아니고 : (b) R1이 H 또는 C1-4알킬이고 R2가 H, 메틸 또는 에틸이며 R3가 H, 메틸, 에틸, 페닐, 벤질이거나 R2및 R3가 함께 (CH2)4또는 (CH2)5이고 R4가 CN인 경우에 아릴 -X-Q-는이 아니며 : (c) CR2R3R4가 C(CH3)2CN인 경우에 아릴-X-Q-는이 아니고 : (d) 아릴이또는인 경우에 X-Q-CONR1-CR2R3R4는 -O-CH2-CONH-CH2CN이 아니다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1은 H이고, R2는 CH3이며, R3는 CH(CH3)2이고 R4는 CN인 화합물.
  4. 제2 또는 3항에 있어서, 아릴이 4-클로로페닐, 4-클로로-2-메틸페닐, 2,4-, 3,4- 또는 3,5-디클로로페닐인 화합물.
  5. 제2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, X가 산소를 나타내는 화합물.
  6. 제2,3,4 또는 5항에 있어서,Q가 CH(CH3)인 화합물.
  7. 2-(4-클로로-2-메틸펜옥시)-프로피온산-N-[2-시아노-3-메틸부트-2-일] 아미드.
  8. 식물병원성 진균을 퇴치시키기 위한 일반식(±)화합물 또는 제2,3,4,5,6 또는 7항에 청구된 화합물의 용도.
  9. 벼의 피리쿨라리아(pricularia)를 퇴치시키기 위한 일반식(I) 화합물 또는 제2,3,4,5,6 또는 7항에 청구된 화합물의 용도.
  10. (a) 일반식(II)의 화합물을 일반식(III)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, (b) 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 일반식(V)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 경우에 따라, 수득된 에난티오머의 혼합물을 통상적인 방법으로 개개의 에난티오머 또는 디아스테레오머의 쌍으로 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제2 내지 7항에 청구된 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1내지 R4, 아릴, X, Q는 상기 정의한 바와 같으며, Y는 이탈그룹이고, M은 수소 또는 알칼리금속양이온이며, Z는 할로겐 또는 아릴설포닐옥시그룹이다.
