제 1 도는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 나타낸 인버터 부착 공기조화기의 제어회로의 블럭도. 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 더욱 상세한 제어회로도. 제 3 도는 과전류 신호를 직류회로로부터 검출하는 경우를 나타낸 회로도이다.

1 : 교류전원, 2 : 콘버터부, 3 : 인버터출력부, 4 : 공조기제어부, 5 : 인버터제어부, 6 : 전류트랜스, 7 : 압축기모터, 21, 22, 23 : 정류용 다이오드, 31, 32, 33 : 파워트랜지스터, 41 : 유니트 제어마이컴, 42 : 팽창밸브 구동회로, 43 : 릴레이 구동회로, 51 : 인버터제어 마이컴, 57 : 게이트 구동회로, 58 : 과부하 검출회로 59 : 과전류 검출회로.

Claims (4)

  1. 전원부로부터 공급되는 교류전력을 직류전력으로 변환하는 콘버터부, 이 콘버터부를 교류전력으로 변환하여 압축기용모터를 구동하는 인버터 출력부, 이 인버터 출력부내의 반도체소자에 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 전류검출회로, 상기 인버터 출력부의 주파수를 제어하는 인버터제어부와 공조부하에 따라 주파수 지시를 출력하는 공조제어부로 구성되는 제어회로를 가지는 용량제어 부착공기조화기에 있어서,
    상기 전원부와 모터사이에 접속된 전류치를 검출하는 과부하 검출회로와, 그 과부하 검출회로와 접속되고 냉방시와 난방시에서는 상기 모터에 흐르는 제한전류치를 바꾸는 제어회로를 설치한 인버터제어 마이크로 컴퓨터와, 접속된 2레벨의 제한전류치를 내장한 메모리를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 부착 공기조화기의 제어회로.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    냉방시는 2레벨의 제한전류치의 낮은 제한전류치로 압축기용모터를 운전하고, 난방시는 높은 제한전류치로 운전하는 인버터 부착 공기 조화기의 제어회로.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    전류치를 검출하는 과부하 검출회로를 인버터 출력부와 모터와의 사이의 급전회로에 설치한 인버터 부착 공기조화기의 제어회로.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    전류치를 검출하는 과부하 검출회로를 콘버터부와 인버터출력부와의 사이의 직류회로에 센트저항을 거쳐 접속하여 설치한 인버터 부착 공기조화기의 제어회로.
