Claims (3)
- (a)α-피콜린과 디메틸술페이트를 결합시켜서 하기 구조식(Ⅴ)의 피콜리늄 메틸 술페이트염을 제조한 다음,0-니트로벤즈알데히드와 반응시켜 하기 구조식(Ⅳ)의 1-(2-니트로페닐)-2-[2-(1-메틸)피리디늄 메틸 술페이트]-에탄올을 제조하고,(b)상기 구조식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 초산 무수초산 및 초산칼륨의 혼합물 중에서 가열하여 탈수시켜 하기 구조식(Ⅲ)의 2-(2-니트로스티레닐)-[2-(1-메틸)피리디늄 메틸 술페이트를 얻은 다음,(c)백금촉매를 사용하여 상기 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 수소첨가 반응시켜 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 2-(2-아미노페네틸)-1-메틸피페리딘을 제조하고,(d)상기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 아세톤, 아세토니트릴 및 C2-5알칸올 중에서 선택된 유기용매 중에서 아니소일 클로라이드와 반응시켜 직접 엔카이니드 하이드로클로라이드를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 4-메톡시-2'-[2-(1-메틸-2-피페리딜)에틸]벤즈아닐리드 하이드로클로라이드염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금촉매가 탄소를 기초로 하여 5% 백금인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 아니소일 클로라이드와의 반응을 아세톤 매질 중에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
