Claims (4)

  1. 다음 구조식(Ⅲ) 화합물과 1―하이드록시벤조트리아졸을 비극성용매 중에서 반응시켜 구조식(Ⅳ)화합물을 제조하고, 구조식(Ⅳ) 화합물과 구조식(Ⅱ)화합물을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 구조식(Ⅰ)의 피페라실린의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에서, 구조식(Ⅲ) 화합물과 1―하이드록시벤조트리아졸을 톨루엔이나 벤젠 중에서 3―5시간 환류시켜 구조식(Ⅳ) 화합물을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 피페라실린의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅳ)화합물과 구조식화합물을 물과 아세톤, 아세토니트릴, 에틸아세테이트의 혼합용매중에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 피페라실린의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅳ)화합물과 구조식(Ⅱ) 화합물을 33―35℃에서 3―5시간 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 피페라실린의 제조방법.
