1:캐리어, 2:정보면, 3:트랙, 4:방사원, 5:빔, 6:대물렌즈 시스템, 8:축, 1,11:보조격자, 13,14:격자스트립, 26:경계라인.

Claims (3)

  1. 방사원과, 정보면에 주사스폿을 형성하기 위해 방사원으로부터 방출되는 방사빔을 접속하기 위한 대물렌즈 시스템과, 정보면에 의해 반사되는 빔의 통로에 배치되어 상기 빔을 두 보조빔으로 분할시키기 위한 회절격자를 구비하며, 여기서 상기 격자는 두 보조격자 및 각 쌍이 하나의 보조빔에 관련된 두 검출기 쌍을 가지는 방사-감광검출 시스템을 구비하여, 정보면을 광학적으로 주사하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 보조격자는 동일한 격자주기를 가지며 제1보조격자의 격자라인은 제1각도로 뻗어 있으며, 제2보조격자의 격자라인은 제2각도로 뻗어 있으며, 여기서 제2각도는 두 보조격자의 경계라인에 대하여 제1각도와 크기는 같으나 방향이 반대이며, 각 검출기쌍에 대해 검출기 사이의 경계라인은 관련 보조-격자의 격자라인의 방향에 대해 횡단하게 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출기는 광다이오드이며, 상기 광다이오드가 단일 기판상에서 집적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방사원은 광레이저이며, 상기 다이오드레이저 및 광다이오드는 단일 기판상에서 집적되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사장치.
