제1도는 본 발명 주사장치의 일실시예에 관한 개략도, 제2도는 초점-에러 신호를 발생하기 위해 굴절격자와 관계 검출 시스템의 일실시예에 관한 투시도, 제3a도 및 제3b도는 초점-에러 신호가 발생될때에, 상기 검출 시스템상에서 방사선 스포트의 여러 형태를 도시한 도면.
Claims (14)
- 주사빔을 공급하기 위한 방사선 소오스와, 주사빔을 1개의 주사점으로 초점화시키는 미러와, 그리고 주사된 물체로부터의 방사선을 받기 위한 방사선-감지 검출 시스템을 구하여서, 물체를 광학적으로 주사하는 주사장치에 있어서, 상기 미러는, 방사선 소오스와 대향한 상태에서, 미러의 광학축 둘레에서 대칭적으로 위치한 제1방사선 윈도우와, 이 윈도우를 둘러싸고 있는 제1반사기를 구비한 방사선 투광체를 가지며, 상기 방사선 윈도우는, 상기 방사선 소오스로 부터 공급된 방사선 빔으로 부터 1개의 주사빔과 2개의 보조빔을 형성시키는 제1굴절 소자를 지지하며, 상기 제2반사기는, 주사된 물체에서 반사된 일부분의 방사선을 굴절시킨후, 다시 미러를 거쳐 방사선 감지 검출 시스템으로 향하게 하며, 또한 검출 시스템에 의하여 상기 굴절된 방사선으로 부터 초점-에서 신호가 유도되도록 굴절된 주사빔을 변형 시키는 제2굴절 소자를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 굴절 소자중 적어도 1개는 면 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2굴절 소자는 수차 발생소자이며, 상기 방사선-감지 검출 시스템은 굴절 주사빔의 주선 주위의 4분원면상에 배치된 4개의 검출기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2굴절 소자는 격자 스트립이 직선이고, 격자 주기가 선형적으로 가변되는 격자인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2굴절 소자는 곡선 격자 스트립과 비선형성 가변 격자 주기를 갖는 홀로그래픽 격자인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2굴절 소자는 2개의 보조 격자를 구비하여, 굴절된 빔을 2개의 보조빔으로 분할하며, 상기 검출 시스템은 2개의 검출기쌍을 구비하며, 제1, 제2보조빔은 각각 제1, 제2검출기쌍과 일체화된 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 보조 격자는 가변적 격자 주기를 가지며, 보조 격자의 격자 스트립은 곡선형인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 1개의 보조 격자의 격자 스트립은 다른 보조 격자의 격자 스트립과 동일한 주방향을 가지며, 2개의 보조 격자에 대한 평균 격자 주기들은 서로 다르며, 상기 검출기쌍은 보조 격자간의 경계선과 평행한 방향에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 보조 격자는 동일한 평균 격자 주기를 가지며, 한개의 보조 격자에 대한 격자 스트립의 주방향은 제1각도로 연장되고, 다른 하나의 격자에 대한 주방향은 제2각도로 2개 보조격자의 경계선 방향으로 연장되며, 검출기쌍은 상기 경계선의 횡방향에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2방사선 윈도우는 비구면인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방사선 소오스는 제1방사선 윈도우와 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제1항 내지 11항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방사선-감지 검출 시스템은 제1방사선 윈도우에 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 선행항중의 어느 한항에 따른 주사 장치에 사용하기 적합한, 2개의 굴절 소자가 설치된 미러.
- 선행항중의 어느 한항에 따른 주사 장치가 설치된 광학 기록장치, 광학판독 장치 또는 광학기록 및 판독장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
