제 1 도는 동조식 방사원 및 회절격차를 갖는 디스크형 광기록 캐리어를 판독하기 위한 장치의 실시예에 대한 개략적인 사시도.
제 2 도는 도조식 방사원의 실시예에 대한 개략도.
제 3 도는 본 발명에 따라 트랙킹 에러신호를 발새하는 원리도.

Claims (17)

  1. 기록 트랙을 광 주사하기 위하여 주사빔을 공급하는 방사원 및, 기록 트랙상의 주사점에서 방사원을 이메징하는 이메징 광시스템을 구비하는 장치에 있어서, 회절격자는 보다 높은 회절 차수로 격자에 의해 회절된 빔의 방사만을 주사점에서 집속하도록 방사원과 기록 트랙간의 방사경로에 배열되며, 방사원은 파장이 동조가능한 레이저로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 방사원은 모노식 다이오드 레이저로서 동작하는 반도체 다이오드 및, 레이저 방사용 동조 공진 공동으로서 동작하는 광도전층을 구비하여 상기 다이오드에 광결합된 소자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 방사원용 제어신호는 크기 및 부호가 트랙킹 에러신호에 비례하는 DC신호이며, 주사빔의 파장이 상기 DC신호에 의하여 최적값으로 동조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  4. 제 1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 방사원은 평균값에 비해 소진폭을 갖는 방사원의 파장을 주기적으로 변화시키는 AC신호원에 결합되며, 광전자 검출장치는 주파수가 파장의 주기적인 변화 주파수와 동일한 기준신호에 의하여 기록 트랙의 평면으로부터 나온 방사를 동기성 검출하도록 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 이메징 광 시스템이 렌즈작용을 갖는 회절격자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  6. 제 1,2,3,4 또는 5항에 있어서, 회절격차는 반사 격자이며, 격자의 법선과 주사빔의 주요 광선간의 입사각은 45°보다는 상당히 크며 90°보다는 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  7. 방사원이, 빔의 제 1 측을 통과하며 활성층과 평행인 측방향 평면의 구멍각이 빔의 제 1 축을 통과하며 활성층과 트래버스인 트래버스 평면의 구멍각 보다 작은 레이저 빔을 방출하는 활성층을 갖는 다이오드 레이저를 구비한 제 6 항에 있어서, 격사 스트립은 측방향 평면과 트래버스인 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  8. 선행한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회절격자는 위상격자인 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 위상격자는 프로필 격자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 위상격자는 제 1 평균 굴절율 및 제 2 평균 굴절율을 교대로 갖는 다수의 평행 스트립을 구비한 볼륨격자인 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 격자 피라미터는 입자 방사 강도의 최대 퍼센트가 선택된 회절차수로 구성되도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  12. 제1 또는 11항에 있어서, 제 1 회절 차수중 하나로 회절된 서브빔은 주사점에서 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  13. 제1 또는 11항에 있어서, 제 2 또는 보다 높은 차수의 서브빔을 주사점에서 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  14. 제 1 항에 있어서, 회절격자는 직각을 갖는 삼각형 프리즘의 경사진 측상에 배열되며, 이 프리즘의 나머지 다른 두측은 입사빔과 수직이며 기록 트랙으로 향하는 빔과 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서, 회절격자와 면하며 회질격자에 의해 반사된 빔이 방출되는 프리즘의 표면이 곡면을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  16. 제 15 항에 있어서, 만곡된 표면은 비구면 표면이며, 회절격자는 선형격자인 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
  17. 제 15 항에 있어서, 만곡된 표면은 구면이며 격자는 수차 보정용 구면율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광주사 장치.
