Claims (2)
- C : 0.0035%이하, Si : 1.0%이하, Mn : 1.0%이하, AI : 0.005~0.10%, P : 0.15이하, N : 0.0035%이하, S : 0.015%이하, Ti :및 Nb :인 조성의 열간 압연 강판의 마무리 압연이 종료된 후, 2초 이내에 냉각을 개시하고, 상기 최종 냉연 강판을 권취 단계에 도달할 때까지 10℃/초 이상의 평균 냉각 속도로 냉각하며, 710℃이하의 온도에서 상기 냉각된 강판을 권취하고, 50%이상의 수축률로 상기 권취된 강판을 냉간 압연하며 400℃에서 600℃까지 5℃/초 이상의 가열속도로 가열 그리고 700℃~AC3점의 온도 범위에서 1초 이상 균열을 포함하는 가열 사이클로 상기 냉간 압연 강판을 연속 소둔함을 특징으로 하는 딥 드로잉성이 우수한 냉연 강판의 제조방법.
