제1도는 열간압연 강판에 함유된 B의 함유율이 강판의 취화로 인해 야기되는 파열의 형성온도의 그 상한치에 미치는 영향을 나타내는 그래프이다.
제2도는 열간압연 강판에 존재하는 페라이트 입자크기가 강판의 2차 가공 취화에 대한 내성에 미치는 영향을 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (3)

  1. C : 0.0040wt% 이하(이하%로만 나타냄), Mn : 0.020%이하, Ti : [{48/14N(%) +48/32S(%)+0.003}-{3x48/12C(%)+48/14N(%)+48/32S(%)}]%, B : 0.0002-0.0015%, Al : 0.005-0.10%, N : 0.0040%이하, P : 0.015%이하, S : 0.0035%이하이고 나머지는 거의 Fe로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 가공 취화에 대한 내성이 크고 초심인발에 적합한 열간 압연 강판.
  2. C : 0.0040wt% 이하(이하%로만 나타냄), Mn : 0.020%이하, Ti : [{48/14N(%) +48/32S(%)+0.003}-{3x48/12C(%)+48/14N(%)+48/32S(%)}]%, B : 0.0002-0.0020%, Al : 0.005-0.10%, N : 0.0040%이하, P : 0.015%이하, S : 0.0035%이하이고 나머지는 거의 Fe로 구성되어 있고 강판 전역에 걸쳐 입자크기가 35㎛ 이상인 페라이트로 거의 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 가공 취하 및 납땜 취화에 대한 내성이 크고 초심인발에 적합한 열간 압연 강판.
  3. C : 0.0040wt% 이하(이하%로만 나타냄), Mn : 0.020%이하, Ti : [{48/14N(%) +48/32S(%)+0.003}-{3x48/12C(%)+48/14N(%)+48/32S(%)}]%, B : 0.0002-0.0020%, Al : 0.005-0.10%, N : 0.0040%이하, P : 0.015%이하, S : 0.0035%이하이고 나머지는 거의 Fe로 구성되어 있는 슬랩을 1000-1280℃로 가열하고, 가열된 슬랩을 880-920℃의 마무리 열간 압연 온도에서 열간 압연하고, 마무리 열간 압연이 종료된지 1초 이내에 마무리 열간 압연 강판을 냉각시키기 시작하고, 10℃/sec 또는 그 이상의 냉각 속도로 연속적으로 냉각하고, 550-480℃범위 내에서 냉각된 강판을 코일링 하는 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 가공 취화 및 납땜 취화에 대한 내성이 크고 초심인발에 적합한 열간 압연 강판의 제조방법.
