Claims (1)
- 스트렙토마이세타세아에(Streptomycetaceae)과, 특히 스트렙토마이세스(Streptomyces)속, 바람직하게는 스트렙토마이세스 균주 BA 9[기탁기관:DSM(Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen; German Collec tlon of Microorganisms), 기탁번호:3025, 기탁일:1984.8.6]의 미생물을 광물염과 함께 동화성 탄소 및 질소원을 함유하는 영양 배지에서 호기 조건하에 배양하고, 목적하는 화합물을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, a. 하기 파장 (cm―1로 표현)에서 특징적 흡수대를 나타내는 나트륨―함유 항생물질의 IR KBr흡수 스펙트럼.(제1도 참조, 황좌표:cm―1에서의 파수; 종좌표:흡수도); b. ppm 및 초당 진동으로 표시된 제2도에 따른 1H핵자기 공명 스펙트럼; c. 제3도에 따른 13C핵자기 공명 스텍트럼; d. 원소분석 (고진공하에 30℃에서 2일 건조후); C61.1―62.3%; H 5.2―6.4%; O 27.5―30.0%; e. 실험식 :(C14―16, H16―20,4―6)n; f. 나트륨―함유화합물의 실험식 (C29―31, H33―37, O9―11, Na); g. 용해도 : 에틸아세테이트, 클로로 포름, MeOH 및 저급 알코올에 쉽게 용해; 물에는 난용성; h. 염색도 : 박층 실리카겔 플레이트상의 크로마토그라피처리후 FeCl3/H2SO4로 염색 가능; 등의 특징이 있는 유기 화학적 화합물을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
