Claims (11)
- 용액을 첫번째 양이온 막으로 분리된 첫번째 양극부와 음극부로 구성된 전해조의 첫번째 양극부에서 처리하고, 첫번째 양극부로부터의 용액을, 두번째 양이온 막으로 음극부에서 분리된 전해조의 두번째 양극부에서 처리한 다음, 두번째 양극부로부터 나온 용액을 회수하여 목적물을 형성하고, 전해질을 상기 음극부에 순환시키고, 이 부분의 전해질 일부를 첫번째 양극부로 들어가는 용액과 결합하고, 나머지를 상기 음극부로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 용액중에서 화합물을 전기화학적으로 산화시키는 방법.
- 첫번째 루우프 회로에서, 용액을 첫번째 양이온 막으로 분리된 첫번째 양극부와 음극부로 구성된 전해조의 첫번째 양극부에서 처리하고, 처리된 최초의 용액 일부를 양극부로 재순환시키고, 두번째 루우프회로에서, 두번째 양이온 막으로 음극부와 분리된 상기 전해조의 두번째 양극부에서 남아있는 용액의 두번째 부분을 처리하고, 이와같이 처리된 용액의 일부를 두번째 양극부로 재순환시키고, 남아있는 용액을 분리하여 목적물을 형성하고, 전해질을 음극부로 순환시키고, 이 부분에서 나온 전해질의 일부를 첫번째 루우프 회로에서 순환되는 용액과 결합하고, 나머지 부분을 상기 음극부로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 용액중에서 화합물을 전기화학적으로 산화시키는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상이한 양극 전류밀도를 첫번째 및 두번째 양극부에 사용하고, 첫번째 부분이 훨씬 양호함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 첫번째 양극부 또는 첫번째 루우프 회로에서 처리된 용액중의 화합물이 Ce3+임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 질산염세륨(Ⅲ)의 용액을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 질산염 암모니아를 함유하는 세륨용액을 사용하고, 이 질산염 암모니아 용액을 음극부로 순환시켜, 용액을 두번째 양극부로 통과시킨 다음 세리암모니아 질산염 요액을 얻음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 황산염세륨(Ⅲ)용액을 처리하여, 이 용액을 두번째 양극부로 통과시킨 다음 황산염세륨(Ⅳ)용액을 얻음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 첫번째 양극부에서 나온 용액이 두번째 양극부로 들어가기 전에 황산세륨(Ⅲ)의 함량이 증가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전해조(1)가 두개의 양극부(2,3), 상기 두개의 양극부 사이에 위치하는 하나의 음극부(4), 음극부와 양극부 각각을 분리하는 두개의 양이온막(5,6), 첫번째 양극부(2)에 공급하는 양극액의 순환을 위한 첫번째 루우프(7), 첫번째 루우프(7)에 양극액을 공급하는 장치(13), 두번째 양극부(3)에 공급하는 양극액의 순환을 위한 두번째 루우프(8), 첫번째 및 두번째 루우프를 연결하는 첫번째 바이패스(20), 음극부(4)에 공급하는 음극액의 순환을 위한 세번째 루우프(9), 및 첫번째 루우프(7)에 양극액을 공급하기 위하여 상기의 세번째 루우프(9)를 장치(13)에 연결하는 두번째 바이패스(21)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전해유닛.
- 제9항에 있어서, 음극액 순환을 위한 루우프가 음극액 저장기(30)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전해유닛.
