Claims (10)
- 유체분사 절단 시스템의 시트 지지장치에 있어서, 푸레임과, 시트의 제1부분 지지용 상부 평면 표면을 포함하며 오프닝이 있는 상기한 푸레임상에 설치된 제1지지부재와, 상기한 제1지지부재의 상기한 상부평면 표면 위의 상기한 제1부분과 같은 동일한 평판으로 상기한 시트의 제2부분 지지용으로 상기한 오프닝 내에 위치한 장치를 포함하는 상기한 제1지지부재와는 독립된 제2지지부재가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마제 유체 분사시에 피절단물 지지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 오프닝이 상기한 시트보다 작고, 상기한 시트가 상기한 오프닝 위에 위치하여서 상기한 시트의 주변 제1부분이 상기한 상부 평판 표면에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 제2지지부재가 상기한 시트의 상기한 제2부분 지지용 상기한 오프닝 측면의 내부쪽으로 공간을 설정하여 적어도 하나의 진공 헤드를 포함하는 지지장치와 진공 스탠드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 지지장치가 상기한 상부 평면 표면에 대하여 상기한 진공 헤드의 수직적인 분포리 조절하기 위한 장치를 포함하는 상기한 진공 스탠드와 여러개의 진공헤드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
- 제1항-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광트레이서 장치와, 광트레이서 장치에 의하여 만들어지는 패턴과 상기한 광트레이서 장치에 의해 그려진 진로를 따라서 상기 시트를 통해 일치하는 진로를 절단하는 유체 분사 절단장치를 특징으로 하는 지지장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 오프닝이 미리 결정된 패턴과 동일하거나 약간 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 지지 장치.
- 연마제 분사로 부서지기 쉬운 시트를 절단하기 위하여 시트를 균일하게 지지하는데 있어서, 상기한 패턴 절단에서 상기한 유체 분사에 의하여 형성되는 진로를 따라서 그리고 외부쪽으로 상기한 시트의 주변 가장자리를 연속적으로 지지하며, 상기한 진로를 따라서 상기한 시트 부분이 지지되지 않도록 상기한 주변 가장자리와 동일한 평면에 상기한 진로의 내부족으로 상기한 시트로 부터 절단되어야 할 패턴을 독립적으로 지지하고, 상기한 지지하지 않은 면적에서 상기한 시트를 통해 절단될 상기한 질로를 따라서 상기한 유체 분사가 이루어 지므로서 상기한 주변 가장자리가 상기한 패턴에서 압력으로 인한 구멍이 생기지 않고 상기한 패턴으로 부터 분리되는 단계를 특징으로 하는 연마제 유체 분사시에 피절단물 지지방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 부서지기 쉬운 물질이 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 유체 분사 절단 시스템에서 첨부한 도면에 묘사되어 있는 것과 같은 연마제 유체 분사시에 피절단물 지지장치.
- 명세서에 기술한 바와 같이 연마제 유체 분사에 의하여 패턴 절단용으로 부서지기 쉬운 시트를 균일하게 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연마제 유체 분사시에 피절단물 지지방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
