Claims (12)

  1. 연속하여 회전구동되는 회전체와, 이 회전체의 주위복수개소에 설치되고 각각 회전체의 반경방향 내측에 위치하는 내형과 외측에 위치하는 외형을 가진 협지수단과, 상기 외형을 내형에 압압하는 동시에 그 외형을 내형의 반경방향 외방위치로부터 회전방향에 대한 횡방향의 개방위치로 이동시키는 구동수단을 구비하고, 상기 외형의 개방위치에서 내부에 충전물을 충전한 튜우브체를 내형에 공급하고 내형과 이것에 향에서 압압되는 외형의 협지에 의해 상기 투우브체에 그의 반송방향과 교차하는 방향의 횡밀봉을 하고, 또 상기 외형의 개방위치에서 상호 인접한 횡밀봉부에 의해서 밀봉형성된 용기를 상기 내형으로부터 외부로 이탈시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 횡밍봉장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단은 외형에 설치한 로울러와 이 로울러가 걸어맞추어지는 회전 가이드홈을 구비하고 그 회전 가이홈은 회전체의 회전방향에 따라서 개략 환상으로 형성되고 또한 상기 로울러를 통하여 외형을 내형에 압압하는 비회전부와 외형을 내형으로부터 이격시키는 회전부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 횡밀봉장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단은 외형에 반경방향 외방으로 향하여 자유스럽게 미끄러져 움직일수 있게 설치한 로울러와, 이 로울러와 외형과의 사이에 탄성적으로 설치된 스프링과, 상기 외형이 내형으로 향하여 닫혀졌을 때에 상기 로울러에 걸어맞추어져서 이것을 반경방향 내방으로 힘을 가하는 압압용 캠부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 횡밀봉장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 협지수단이 각각 회전체의 회전방향으로 왕복변위 가능하게 설치되고, 또한 각 협지 수단을 그의 회전방향으로 변위시켜서 인접한 협지수단 사이의 간격을 조정하는 횡밀봉위치 조정기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 횡밀봉장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 횡밀봉 조정기구는 각 협지수단마다 설치되고, 회전각도위치에 따라서 각 협지수단을 회전체의 회전방향으로 변위시키는 캠부재와, 이 캠 부재에 연동하여 이것을 회전시키는 캠폴로워와, 회전체의 외부에 설치되고, 회전체의 회전에 수반하여 이송되는 캠 폴로워에 걸어맞추어지고, 그 캠폴로워를 회전체의 반경방향으로 변위시켜서 상기 캠부재를 회전시키는 요동캠 부재와 이요 동캠부재를 회천제의 반경방향으로요동시켜서 상기캠폴로워의 반경방향으로의 변위량을 조정하여 상기 캠부재의회전량을 조정하는 구동수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의횡밀봉장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 요동 캠부재에 의해서 변위된 캠폴로워를 소정위치로 복귀시키는 복귀 캠 부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 횡밀봉장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 협지수단이 각각 회전체의 반경방향으로 왕복변위 가능하게 설치되고 또한 각 협지수단을 그의 반경방향으로 변위시켜서 인접한 협지수단사이의 간격을 조정하는 횡밀봉위치 조정기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 횡밀봉장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 횡밀봉위치 조정기구는 각 협지수단마다 설치되고, 회전각도위치에 따라서 각 협지수단을 회전체의 반경방향으로 변위시키는 캠부재와, 이 캠부재에 연동하여 이것을 회전시키는 캠폴로워와, 회전체의 외부에 설치되고, 회전체의 회전에 수반하여 이송되는 캠폴로워에 걸어맞추어져서 그 캠폴로워를 회전체의 반경방향으로 변위시키서 상기 캠부재를 회전시키는 요동캠부재와, 이 요동캠부재를 회전체의 반경반향으로 요동시켜서 상기 캠플로워의 반경방향으로의 변위량을 조정하여 상기 캠부재의 회전량을 조정하는 구동수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 횡밀봉장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 요동 캠부재는 캠폴로워에 걸어맞추어지는 캠홈을 가졌으며, 이 캠홈의 폭은 회전체의 회전방향 전방측의 폭은 캠폴로워의 외경에 실질적으로 일치되고, 회전체의 회전방향 후방측은 요동 캠부재의 요동에 의해서 회전체의 반경방향으로 변위된 캠폴로워에 걸어맞추어질 수 있도록 반경방향으로 큰 폭을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 횡밀봉장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외형과 내형은 튜우브체를 협지하여 횡밀봉 하기 위하여 그 방향에 따른 밀봉용 블록부를 각각 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 횡밀봉장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외형과 내형은 각각 소요용적의 요함부를 구비하고 있으며 또한 적어도 그요함부의 회전방향 전후 양측을 횡밀봉면으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기의 횡밀봉장치.
