Claims (11)

  1. (1) 실리콘원자에 부착된 적어도 두개의 수소와 실리콘원자상에 2이하의 수소와 106-50,000의 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리유기하이드로실옥산 ; (2) 각 단위의 a가 1-4의 정수인 -CaF2aO-의 반복단위로 구성되는 조각을 가지며 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성-불포화기를 갖는 에틸렌성-불포화퍼후로로폴리에테르모노머 ; 와 (3) 상기의 폴리유기하이드로실옥산과 상기의 에틸렌성 불포화퍼후로로폴리에테르모노머의 축합을 일으키기 위한 하이드로실레이숀촉매의 효과적인 양으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리유기하이드로실옥산은 다음식으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
    여기서, 각 R은 각각 수소 또는 1-12 탄소원자를 갖는 선상의 알킬, 고리에 3-7 탄소를 갖는 사이크로알킬기, 알콕시그룹에 1-3탄소를 갖는 알콕시알킬기와 페닐기로부터 선택되는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 유기그룹이며 치환기는 하나 또는 그 이상의 C1-C4알킬기, 트리후로로알킬, 알킬-, 후로로알킬카르보닐아미도와 알킬기가 18탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 사이클인-설폰아미도기로부터 선택되며 전체R그룹의 적어도 2-70퍼센트는 수소이고 ; b는 3-18의 값을 갖는 정수 ; c는 0,1,2 또는 3이며,d는 1-300의 값을 갖는 정수이다.
  3. 앞항에 있어서, 상기의 에틸렌성 - 불포화퍼후로로폴리에테르모노머는 아래식을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.

    여기서, Q는 하기식을 갖는 에틸렌성 불포화기이며
    여기의 R1과 R2는 각각 수소, 알킬, 페닐, 페닐알킬, 또는 알킬페닐이며 알킬기는 1-4 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄, 측쇄 혹은 사이클이고 ; g는 1 또는 2의 정수이며 ; X는 하나 또는 둘의 Q 그룹을 퍼후로로폴리에테르조각에 연결시키는 다가연결그룹이며 g가 1일때 X는 다가이고 g가 2일때 X는 3가이며 ; (CaF2aO)fCaF2a는 f단위의 (CaF2aO)의 쇄를 포함하는 퍼후로로폴리에테르이고 각 단위의 a는 각각 1-4의 정수이며 f는 적어도 1의 값을 갖는 수이고 ; Z는 -OCaF2a+1또는 -XOg이고 여기의 a,X,Q와 g는 상기에 언급한대로이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, X는 다음으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 앞항에 있어서, 상기의 에틸렌성-불포화퍼후로로폴리에테르모노머는 다음으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
    여기서, a,R2와 f는 상기에서 언급한대로이며 m과 n은 임의로 분포된 퍼후로로에틸렌옥시와 퍼후로로메틸렌옥시반복단위의 수이며, m과n은 각각 1-300의 수이며 m/n의 비율은 0.2/1-5/1이다.
  6. 앞항에 따른 경화된 조성물.
  7. a) 폴리유기하이드로실옥산, 에틸렌성불포화퍼후로로폴리에테르모노머와 앞항에 따른 하이드로실레이숀촉매, 유기용매가 포함된 할로겐을 포함하는 상기의 조성물로 구성되는 조성물을 부여하고, b) 상기의 조성물을 기질상에 코팅하고, c) 코팅된 기질을 열 또는 화학방사선에 노출시켜 상기의 저에너지 표면을 부여하는 단계로 구성되는 저에너지 표면의 기질을 생산하는 방법.
  8. a. 기질과, b. 이것의 적어도 한표면에 코팅된 제1항-6항에 따른 폴리유기하이드로실옥산, 에틸렌성 불포화퍼후로로에테르모노머와 하이드로실레이숀촉매로 구성되는 물질의 경화된 조성물과,c.임의적으로 상기의 기질과 상기의 경화된 조성물사이의 애벌층으로 구성되는 제품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 압감점착층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  10. 제7항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 제품.
  11. 제8항과 9항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 전이테이프이거나 접착제물질을 위한 다른 유리라이너인 것을 특징으로하는 제품.
