고순도 육방정 질화 붕소 분말 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제3도는 본 발명의 제조방법에 의한 탄소질 분말의 첨가량과 얻어진 h-BN 분말의 결정자의 평균 크기와의 관계를 나타내는 상관도. 제4도는 조제(粗製) h-BN 분말을 본 발명에 의하여 고순도화 하기 위하여 가열처리함에 있어 열처리 온도와 처리후의 h-BN 분말의 순도와의 관계를 나타내는 상관도. 제5도는 조제 h-BN 분말을 본 발명에 의하여 고순도화 하기 위하여 가열처리함에 있어 열처리시간과 처리후의 h-BN 분말의 순도와의 관계를 나타내는 상관도.

Claims (8)

  1. 순도 97중량%이상이면서, 평균 결정자의 크기가 8-50㎜의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 육방정질화 붕소분말.
  2. 조제육방정질화 붕소분말에 탄소질 분말을 첨가 혼합하여 혼합분말을 제조하고, 그 혼합분말을 불활성 가스 기류중에서 가열처리함으로서, 순도가 97중량% 이상이면서 평균 결정자의 크기가 8-50㎜의 범위내의 육방정질화 붕소분말을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 육방정 질화붕소분말의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 조제 육방정 질화붕소 분말은 순도가 70-90중량%의 것을 사용하는 고순도 육방정질화붕소 분말의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 탄소질 분말의 양이 조제 육방정 질화붕소분말에 대하여 0.5-2.0중량%인 고순도 육방정 질화 붕소 분말의 제조방법.
  5. 붕산 또는 산화 붕소와 질소 화합물의 혼합분말에 붕산 또는 산화붕소에 대하여 5-50중량% 범위내의 양의 붕사 또는 무수붕사를 혼합하고, 그 혼합분말을 암모니아 가스 기류내에서 가열하여 조제 육방정질화 붕소 분말을 제조하고, 조제육방정 질화 붕소 분말에 0.5-2.0중량%의 양의 탄소질 분말을 혼합하고, 탄소질 분말과 혼합된 조제 육방정 질화 붕소 분말을 불활성 가스 기류내에서 1300°C 이상의 온도에서 가열하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 육방정 질화 붕소 분말의 제조방법.
  6. 조제 육방정 질화 붕소분말에, 그에 포함된 전체 불순물양에 대하여 5-15중량%의 탄소질 분말을 첨가 혼합하고, 암모니아 가스 또는 암모니아 가스와 비산화성가스와의 혼합가스 기류중에서, 1500°C 이상의 온도에서 탄소질 분말과 혼합된 조제육방정 질화 붕소분말을 가열 함으로서, 미세하게 분활된 고순도 육방정 질화 붕소분말의 제조방법.
  7. 산소함유 붕소화합물과 질소화합물의 혼합 분말에, 알카리 토류금속으로서 혼합분말내의 붕소의 몰당 0.002-0.1몰량의 알카리 토금속화합물을 첨가하고, 또한 그 혼합분말에, 혼합분말내의 붕소의 몰당 탄소로서 0.01-0.1몰량의 탄소질 분말 또는 혼합분말내의 산소함유 붕소화합물에 대하여 2.5-30중량%의 양의 무수붕사를 첨가하고, 상압하 또는 감압하의 비산화성분위기중에서 그 혼합분말을 가열하는 단계로되는 저결정성 고순도 육방정 질화 붕소의 제조방법.
