Claims (4)

  1. 버어너로부터, 반응해서 유리를 형성하는 기체를 분출시켜 유리원료매를 형성하고, 이 유리원료매를 출발모재상에 퇴적하여 매체를 성장시키는 공정과, 이 매체를 가열해서 투명화하는 공정을 포함하는 광파이버용모재의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 유리원료매의 퇴적해가는 부분의 온도를 측정하고, 이 온도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 모재의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리원료매의 퇴적해가는 부분의 온도의 제어를 상기버어너와 퇴적중의 상기 매체와의 간격을 일정하게 유지하면서 상기 버어너로부터 송출하는 연료유량을 조정하므로서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 모재의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기버어너와 퇴적중의 매체와의 간격을 일정하게 유지하는 제어를, 해버어너의 중심축의 상기 유리원료매가 퇴적한 매체표면으로의 연장상에 있어서, 소요의 부피밀도에 대해서 선정하게 되는 일정거리의 점을 지나고, 동시에 해매체의 축및 버어너의 중심축에 수직방향으로 해매체에 대해서 한쪽으로부터 레이저광을 출사하여, 다른 쪽에시 수광하고, 해버어너를 해버어너의 축방향으로 이동해서 해 수광레이저 광량을 해 출사레이저광의 소정량으로 유지하므로서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 모재의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 퇴적중의 상시 매체의 외경의 성장에 따라서, 상기 유리원료의 유량을 해외경에대해서 미리 결정한 양으로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버용매재의 제조방법.
