Claims (27)

  1. 세라믹스 부재끼리가 카아본을 통해 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 복합부재.
  2. 상기 세라믹스 부재의 접합면간에 경질카아본막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1 기재의 세라믹스 복합부재.
  3. 상기 카아본은 상기 세라믹스 부재의 접합면에 침투하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1 기재의 세라믹스 복합부재.
  4. 세라믹스부재끼리가 접합되어 있는 복합부재에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스부재의 각각의 접합면에 형성된 경질카아본막을 통해 금속접합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 복합부재.
  5. 상기 카아본막은 실온의 전기저항율이 10Ω·㎝이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 4기재의 세라믹스 복합부재.
  6. 상기 금속접합은 땜납재에 의한 접합인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 4 또는 5 기재의 세라믹스 복합부재.
  7. 상기 금속접합은 상기 카아본막에 형성된 금속박막을 통해 상기 땜납재에 의해 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 4~6의어딘가에 기재한 세라믹스 복합부재.
  8. 상기 금속박막은 상기 카아본막과의 접합면에서 탄화물을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 7 기재의 세라믹스 복합부재.
  9. 세라믹스부재와 금속부재가 접합되어 있는 것에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스부재의 접합면에 형성된 경질 카아본막을 통해 상기 금속부재와 금속접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 복합부재.
  10. 상기 카아본막은 실온의 전기저항율이 10Ω·㎝이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 9 기재의 세라믹스 복합부재.
  11. 상기 금속접합은 상기 카아본막상에 형성된 금속박막을 통해 땜납재에 의해 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 9 기재의 세라믹스 복합부재.
  12. 세라믹스 부재끼리가 금속입자가 혼재하는 경질카아본막을 통해 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 복합부재.
  13. 세라믹스 부재와 금속부재가 금속입자가 혼재하는 경질카아본막을 통해 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 복합부재.
  14. 회전축의 양단에 설치된 한쌍의 날개를 가지며, 이 날개의 한쪽이 세라믹스 및 다른쪽이 금속으로 이루어지며, 양자의 날개가 상기 회전축에서 접합되어 있는 것에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스의 접합면에 형성되는 경질 카아본막을 통해 상기 금속이 금속접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터어보차아저.
  15. 상기 세라믹스는 질화규소 또는 탄화규소를 주성분으로 하는 소결체이며, 상기 금속은 탄소강인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 14기재의 터어보차어저.
  16. 세라믹스 부재의 표면에 경질 카아본막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 복합부재.
  17. 세라믹스부재 표면에 금속입자가 혼재한 경질카아본막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 복합부재.
  18. 세라믹스부재끼리를 접합한 부재의 제조법에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스부재의 최소한 한쪽 접합면에 고온으로 분해해서 경질의 카아본막을 형성하는 유기물을 통해 상기 세라믹스부재끼리를 서로 접촉시키며 상기 유기물의 분해온도 이상이며, 또한 비산화성 분위기중에서 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 복합부재의 제조법.
  19. 상기 유기물은 에폭시수지, 폴리부틸아크릴레이트수지, 폴리에스테르수지, 폴리아미드수지, 폴리염화비닐수지, 폴리아크릴니트릴, 폴리비닐알코올의 최소한 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 18 기재의 세라믹스 복합부재의 제조법.
  20. 상기 가열온도는 800℃이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 18 기재의 세라믹스 복합부재의 제조법.
  21. 상기 가열시에 상기 세라믹스끼리를 가입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 18기재의 세라믹스 복합부재의 제조법.
  22. 세라믹스부재와금속부재를 접합한 부재의 제조법에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스부재의 접합면에 고온으로 분해하여 경질의 카아본막을 형성하는 유기물을 도포하여, 이 유기물의 분해온도 이상이며, 또한 비산화성분위기중에서 가열해서 상기 접합면에 상기 카아본막을 형성한 다음, 이 카아본막에 상기 금속부재를 금속접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 복합부재의 제조법.
  23. 상기 카아본막은 실온의 전기저항율이 10Ω·㎝이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 22 기재의 세라믹스 복합부재의 제조법.
  24. 상기 금속접합은 Ni합금땜납, Cu 합금땜납, Ag 합금땜납, 또는 Fe합금땜납의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 22기재의 세라믹스 복합부재의 제조법.
  25. 세라믹스부재끼리를 접합한 부재의 제조법에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스부재의최소한 한쪽 접합면에 고온으로 분해하여 경질의 카아본막을 형성하는 유기물과 금속분말과의 혼합물을 통해 상기 세라믹스끼리를 서로 접촉시켜, 상기 유기물의 분해온도 이상이며, 또한 비산화성 분위기중에서 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 복합부재의 제조법.
  26. 세라믹스부재와 금속부재를 접합한 복합부재의 제조법에 있어서, 상기 부재의 최소한 한쪽의 접합면에 고온으로 분해하여 경질의 카아본막을 형성하는 유기물과 금속분말과의 혼합물을 통해 상기 부재를 서로 접촉시켜, 상기 유기물의 분해온도 이상이며, 또한 비산화성 분위기중에서 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 복합부재의 제조법.
  27. 상기 금속분말은 탄화물을 형성하는 금속 또는 땜납합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 26 기재의 세라믹스 복합부재의 제조방법.
