Claims (14)

  1. 부분입체 이성체 염을 결정화시켜 이환식 이미노-α-카르복실산 에스테르의 라세미 혼합물을 개개성분인 하기 일반식(Ia) 및 (Ib)성분으로 분할시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 라세미 에스테르(I)과 광학적 활성인 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 O,O-디아실 타르타르산과의 염을, 두개의 부분입체이성체염중 하나만을 광학적으로 순수한 형태로 결정화시키는 적당한 용매중에서 제조하고, 필요한 경우 이 부분입체이성체 염을 재결정, 재침전 또는 연마시켜서 정제하고, 최종적으로 이 염에 염기를 가하여 일반식(Ia) 또는 (Ib)의 순수 에난티오머로 분리시켜서, 이 에난티오머를 직접 사용하거나, 무기산을 사용하여 염을 형성시킴으로써 이를 저장가능 형태로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 탄소수 1내지 6의 지방족 라디칼, 탄소수 4 내지 10의 사이클로지방족라디칼, 탄소수 6내지 12의 방향족 라디칼 또는 탄소수 7내지 15의 아르지방족 라디칼을 나타내며, A는 수소를 나타내고, B 및 C는 함께 일반식-[CH2]n-(여기서n=3,4,5 또는 6)의 사슬 또는 일반식-[CH2]p-CH=CH-[CH2]q-(여기서 p+q=1,2,3 또는 4)의 사슬을 형성하거나, C가 수소를 나타내고, A 및 B가 함께 상기에서 정의한 일반식 -[CH2]n-및-[CH2]p-CH=CH-[CH2]q-의 사슬중의 하나를 형성하며, R2는 아실을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이환식 환시스템에서 2개의 다리목(bridgehead) 수소원자가 시스 배열이고 COOR 그룹이 엔도위치에 있는 일반식(Ia) 및 (Ib)의 에스테르염을, 일반식(Ⅱ)이 산을 사용하여 제조하고 결정화시키는 방법.
  3. 제1또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬, 탄소수 4내지 8의 사이클로알킬 또는 탄소수 7내지 13의 아르알킬을 나타내는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, A 및 B가 함께 -[CH2]n-(n=3 또는 4)을 나타내며, C가 수소를 나타내는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, R2가 저급 알칸오일 또는(C7내지 C11)-아로일을 나타내는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 부분입체 이성체염을 에스테르, 케톤, 에테르, 저급알코올, 니트릴 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소 중에서 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 부분입체이성체염을 제6항에 기재된 일련의 화합물중 1종 이상의 용매를 함유하는 용매혼합물중에서 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 사용된 용매혼합물이 1종이상의 저극성용매를 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 부분입체 이성체염 제조시 사용된 용매가, 필요시 3급-부틸메틸 에테르, 디이소프로필에테르, 톨루엔 또는 부틸아세테이트와 같은 저극성용매와 혼합시킨, 에틸아세테이트, 2-부탄온 또는 아세톤인 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 일반식(Ia) 및 (Ib)의 라세미 이미노-α-카르복실산에스테르를 이의 무기산과의 염으로부터 분리시킬때 사용되는 용매가 3급-부틸 에테르 또는 디이소프로필에테르인 방법.
  11. 제1 내지 10항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 결정성 부분입체이성체 염을 더 이상 정제시키지 않고 분리시키는 방법.
  12. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제9항에서 수득한 부분입체이성체 염을, 제9항에 기재된 바와 같은 용매 또는 용매혼합물, 또는 유사용매 또는 용매혼합물중에서 재결정, 재침전 또는 연마하여 정제시키는 방법.
  13. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ) 화합물과 일반식(Ia) 또는 (Ib) 화합물과의 부분입체이성체염을 수성알칼리금속 수산화물로 분리시키고, 일반식(Ia) 또는 (Ib)의 광학적으로 순수한 염기를 수불혼화성 유기용매중에 용해시키는 방법.
  14. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 무기산을 사용하여 제13항의 유기용매로 부터 직접 광학적으로 순수한 염기를 염형태로 침전시키고, 염을 분리시키는 방법.
