Claims (9)

  1. 두 표면중 하나가 접착층으로 적어도 부분 피복된, 하나이상의 지지층 및 하나이상의 접착층으로 이루어진, 자체-점착성 시트상 구조물에 있어서, 상기 접착층이, (A) (A) 및 (B)의 총량에 대하여, 고분자량 메트릭스(matrix)로서 공유결합적 가교결합된 폴리우레탄 15 내지 62중량%, (B) (A) 및 (B)의 총량에 대하여, 액체분산제(분산제는 800이하의 분자량을 갖는 하이드록시 화합물을 거의 함유하지 않음)로서, 반테르 바알스힘에 의해서 메트릭스중에 고정되고 1000내지 12,000의 평균 분자량 및 20 내지 112의 평균 OH값을 갖는 하나이상의 폴리하이드록시 화합물 85 내지 38중량% 및 임의의 성분으로서, (C) (A) 및 (B)의 총량에 대하여, 충진제 및/ 또는 첨가물 0 내지 100중량%를 함유하고, a) 하나이상의 폴리이소시아네이트, b) 평균분자량 1000 내지 12,000 및 평균 OH값 20 내지 112를 갖는 하나이상의 폴리하이드록시 화합물, c) 임의의 성분으로서, 이소시아네이트 및 하이드록실 그룹과의 반응을 위한 촉매 및 임의의 성분으로서, d) 폴리우레탄 화학분야에서 공지된 충진제 및 첨가물과의 혼합물[이 혼합물은 800이하의 분자량을 갖는 하이드록시 화합물을 거의 함유하지 않으며, 폴리이소시아네이트 평균 관능도(FI)는 바람직하게는 2내지 4이고, 폴리하이드록시 화합물의 평균 관능도(Fp)는 적어도 3이며, 이소시아네이트수(K)는 하기 도식으로 정의된다.
    (상기식에서 X≤120, 바람직하게는 X≤100, 특히 바람직하게는 X=90)]를 반응시켜 수득할 수 있는 겔임을 특징으로 하는, 자체 점착성 시트상 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 겔이, (A)(A) 및 (B)의 총량에 대하여, 공유 결합적 가교 결합된 폴리오페탄 20 내지 57중량% 및 (B)(A) 및 (B)의 총량에 대하여, 액체분산제인 폴리하이드록시 화합물 80내지 43중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 시트상 구조물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 겔이, (A) 공유결합적 가교결합된 폴리우레탄 25 내지 47중량% 및 (B) 액체분산제인 폴리하이드록시 화합물 75 내지 53중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 시트상 구조물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 액체분산제인 폴리하이드록시 화합물이 평균 분자량 1500내지 8000, 특히 2000 내지 6000을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트상 구조물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 액체분산제인 폴리하이드록시 화합물이 25 내지 84, 특히 28내지 56의 평균 0H값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트상 구조물.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 액체분산제가 1000이하, 특히 1500이하의 분자량을 갖는 하이드록시 화합물을 거의 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트상구조물.
  7. 제1항내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 수(K)가 15내지 70, 바람직하게는 18내지 55, 특히 20내지 45인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트상 구조물.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 의료용 플라스터, 상처드레씽, 의료용 테이프 또는 비-슬립비탄서 또는 탄성 붕태형태인 시트상 구조물.
  9. a) 하나이상의 폴리이소시아네이트, b) 1000내지 12,000의 평균 분자량 및 20내지 112의 평균 OH값을 갖는 하나이상의 폴리하이드록시 화합물, c) 임의의 성분으로서, 이소시아네이트 및 하이드록실그룹과의 반응을 위한 촉매 및 임의의 성분으로 , d)폴리우레탄 화학분야에서 공지된 충진제 및 첨가물로 구성된 반응혼합물[이 혼합물은 800이하의 분자량을 갖는 하이드록시 화합물을 거의 함유하지 않으며, 폴리이소시아네이트의 평균 관능도(FI)는 바람직하게는 2 내지 4이며, 폴리하이드록시 화합물의 평균 관능도(Fp)는 3이상이고, 이소시아네이트 수(K)는 하기도식으로 정의된다.
    (상기식에서 X≤120, 바람직하게는 X≤100, 특히 바람직하게는 X=90)]을 반응시켜 젤을 형성하고, 겔-형성반응의 완결후 또는 완결되는 동안 직접 또는 역방법에 의해서 지지물질이 표면 적어도 일부에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는, 두 표면중 하나가 접착층으로 적어도 부분피복된, 하나이상의 지지층 및 하나 이상의 접착층[이 접착층은 (A)(A) 및 (B)의 총량에 대하여, 고분자량 메트릭스(matrix)로서 공유결합적 가교결합된 폴리우레탄 15 내지 62중량%, (B)(A) 및 (B)의 총량에 대하여, 액체분산제(분산제는 800이하의 분자량을 갖는 하이드록시 화합물을 거의 함유하지 않음)로서, 반데르 바알스힘에 의해서 메트릭스중에 고정되고 1000 내지 12,000의 평균 분자량 및 20 내지 112의 평균 OH값을 갖는 하나이상의 폴리하이드록시 화합물 85 내지 38중량% 및 임의의 성분으로서 (C)(A) 및 (B)의 총량에 대하여, 충진제 및/ 또는 첨가물 0 내지 100 중량%를 함유함]으로 이루어진 자체-점착성 시트상 구조물의 제조방법.
