니페디핀 조성물 및 제법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 하기의 니페디핀 좌제를 1군 4마리의 비글결(犬：체중 10-11kg)의 직장에 체중 1kg당 2mg의 투여량으로 투여하였을 때의 니페디핀 혈장중 농도의 평균치를 나타냄. 종축은 혈장중 농도(ng/ml)를 횡축은 경과시간(hour)을 나타냄.

Claims (4)

  1. 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 5-50중량부와 유지 95-50중량부의 기제중에 니페디핀이 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 니페디핀 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 폴리알킬렌 글리콜이 평균분자량 200-20000의 폴리에틸렌 클리콜임을 특징으로 하는 니페디핀 조성물.
  3. 제1항, 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유지가 지방산의 글리세라이드임을 특징으로 하는 니페디핀 조성물.
  4. 니페디핀을 폴리알킬렌 글리콜에 용해하고 여기에 가온 용해시킨 지방을 가하여 균일하게 혼합하거나 혹은 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 유지를 미리 가온 용해두고 여기에 니페디핀을 가하여 용해한 수 주형, 콘테이너등에 나누어 주입하고 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니페디핀 제제의 제조방법.
