Claims (10)
- a) i) 옥수수전분입자로 구성된 전분성분, ii)지방산부분을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 계면활성제로 구성된 계면활성제성분. iii)혼합물의 약 40-50중량% 양에 해당하며 그중 일부가 상기한 전분성분의 본래수분으로 존재할 수 있는 물을 함께 혼합하여 균일한 혼합물을 생성시킨다음.b) 단계 a)의 혼합물을 약 50-85℃의 밀폐용기에서 적어도 1시간 가열하고,c) 단계 b)의 생성물을 혼합물의 수분함량이 약 15중량%이하로 떨어질때까지 개방용기내에서 마이크로웨이브조사를 받게하여 물에 첨가했을 때 5%분산액을 형성할 수 있는 거의 완전한 온수분산성을 가진 전분생성물을 생성시키는 단계들로 구성되며, 이때 분산액의 점도가 70℃에서 측정시 적어도 약 2000센티포아스인, 옥수수전분을 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발혼합물이 계면활성제를 약 0.2-3중량% 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 마이크로웨이브건조시간이 약 2-15분인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 계면활성제가 글리세롤모노스테아레이트, 솔비를 모노스테아레이트, 프로필렌옥사이드모노스테아레이트, 헥사메틸렌글리콜디스테아레이트 및 나트륨 스테아레이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 단계 a)의 혼합물의 수분함량이 혼합물의 약 45%-50중량%인 방법.
- a)i) 옥수수전분입자로 구성된 전분성분, ii) 지방산부분을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 계면활성제로 구성된 계면활활성제성분, iii) 혼합물의 약 40-50중량% 약에 해당하며 그중 일부가 상기한 전분성분의 본래성분으로 존재할 수 있는 물을 함께 혼합하여 균일한 혼합물을 생성시킨 다음.b) 단계 a)의 혼합물의 약 50-85℃의 밀폐용기에서 적어도 1시간 가열하고,c) 단계 b)의 생성물을 혼합물의 수분함량이 약 15중량%로 떨어질때까지 개방용기내에서 마이트로웨이브조사를 받게하는 단계들에 의해 제조된 70℃에서 분산액의 점도가 적어도 약 2000센티포아스이며 비등수에 첨가시 5%분산액을 형성할 수 있는 거의 완전한 온수분산성을 가진 전분-계면활성제 혼합물.
- 제6항에 있어서 출발혼합물이 계면활성제를 약 0.2-3중량% 함유하는 전분-계면활성제 혼합물.
- 제6항에 있어서 마이크로웨이브건조시간이 약 2-15분인 전분-계면활성제 혼합물.
- 제6항에 있어서 계면활성제가 글리세롤모노스테아레이트, 솔비롤 모노스테아레이트, 프로필렌옥사이드모노스테아레이트, 헥사메틸렌글리콜디스테아레이트, 및 나트륨스테아레이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 전분-계면활성제 혼합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 단계 a)의 혼합물중 물의 함량이 혼합물이 약 45-50중량%인 전분-계면활성제혼합물.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
