Claims (9)
- 하기 일반식(IV)의 산을 하기 일반식(V)의 술포닐이소시아네이트와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)의 생성물의 제조방법.R3SO2-N=C=Y (V)상기 식중,A는 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 니트로기, -N=NCF3, N2 +, 디알킬아미노기, 알킬기, 트리알킬암모니오기, 알킬티오기, 알킬술피닐기, 알킬술포닐기, 디알킬술포니오기, 시아노술포닐기, 알카노일옥시기, 알콕시기, 알콕시카르보닐에 의해 치환된 알콕시기, 니트로소기, -SCN, 아지드기, CF3, -N=N또는 아실기이고; Z는 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 알킬기, 알콕시기, 알킬술피닐기, 알킬술포닐기, CF3, NO2또는 CN이며; Z1은 수소, 할로겐, 알킬기 또는 디알킬아미노기이고; D는 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, CF3, 알킬티오기, 알킬술피닐기, 알킬술포닐기, 할로게노알킬기, 술파밀기, 포르밀기, 알킬카르보닐기, CN 또는 디메틸아미노기이며; E는 수소, 할로게노알킬기, 알콕시기, 알킬술피닐기, 알킬술포닐기, CN 또는 CF3이고; W는 3가 질소원자 또는 -C(G)=[식중 G는 Z에서 정의한 것중 하나이다]이며; R3는 하나 이상의 할로겐원자, 알킬기 또는 니트로기에 의해 임의 치환된 페닐, 피리딜 또는 티에닐기; 또는 하나 이상의 불소, 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드원자(바람직하게는 CF3)에 의해 또 하나 이상의 치환체, 즉 2 내지 5 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시카르보닐, 2내지 5탄소원자를 갖는 알킬카르보닐, 알킬기가 1내지 4 탄소원자를 갖는 디알킬카르바밀, 각각 1내지 5탄소원자를 갖는 일킬티오, 알킬술피닐 또는 알킬술포닐, 2내지 5 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬카르보닐옥시, 또는 시아노에 의해 임의 치환된 1 내지 4 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬라디칼 또는 2내지 4 탄소원자를 갖는 알케닐 또는 알키닐라디칼이며, Y는 산소 또는 황원자이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 액상에서, 반응중에 생성된 화합물 COY를 반응혼합물로부터 기체형태로 점차 제거할 수 있는 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 반응을 촉매존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 촉매가 3차 아민 또는 알킬-주석염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3 또는 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 일반식(IV)의 산에 대한 촉매의 몰비가 0.001:1 내지 0.1:1, 바람직하게는 0.01:1내지 0.05:1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 일반식(V)의 술포닐이소시아네이트에 대한 일반식(IV)의 산의 몰비가 0.8:1내지 1.2:1, 바람직하게는 0.9:1내지 1.1:1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응온도이상의 비등점을 갖는 불활성 비양성자성 유기용매내에서 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 용매가 지방족 또는 방향족액체 탄화수소, 또는 에테르 또는 니트릴임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 일반식(I) 및 (V)에서 A가 수소 또는 염소원자 또는 NO2기이고, Z가 할로겐원자이며, Z1,E 및 G가 수소원자이고, D가 CF3이며, R이 알킬기이고, W는 -CH=임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
