Abstract

본 발명은 식 RfSO2N(CHR2-CHR2COO-)R1N+(R)2H (식중, Rf는 탄소수 3내지 20의 불소화지방족 라디칼임)를 가진 불소계화합물을 합성하는 방법에 관한 것이다.이 합성 방법은 승온하에 용액중에서 식 RfSO2N(H)R1N(R)2와CHR2=CR2COOH의 화합물을 반응시키는 것을 포함한다. 본 방법은 가연성 액체 연소 진화용 수성필름-형성 포말성 농축물에 유용한 화합물인 식 C6F13SO2N(C2H4COO-)C3H6N+(CH3)2H의 불소화지방족 양성아미노 카르복실레이트 계면활성제를 합성하는데 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (16)

  1. RfSO2N(H)R1N(R)2에CHR2=CR2COOH를 반응시키는 부가 반응(b)를 포함하여 하기 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물류를 합성하는 방법.
  3. 상기식에서, Rf는 탄소수 적어도 3의 불소화지방족 라디칼이고, R1은 알킬렌, 옥시알킬렌, 아릴렌, 아카릴렌 및 알랄킬렌으로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 탄소수 1내지 12의 2가 유기 라디칼이며, 각각의 R은 알킬, 아릴, 알카릴 및 아랄킬로 구성된 그룹중에서 독립적으로 선택된 동일 또는 상이한 그룹을 나타내거나, 두R 그룹은 부착된 질소와 함께 헤테로시클릭 고리를 형성할 수 있으며, 각각의 R2는 수소 및 메틸로 구성된 그룹중에서 독립적으로 선택된다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용액중에서 화합물 RfSO2NR1N(R)2를 축합 반응(a)시켜 상기 부가 반응(b)에 사용되는 상기 화합물 RfSO2N(H)R1N(R)2를 생성하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응(b)는 약90℃이상의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응(a)는 약80℃이상의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반응(b)는 약90℃ 내지 150℃의 온도에서 수행하고 상기 반응(a)는 약80℃ 내지 95℃의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(b)에서 반응되는 화합물RfSO2N(H)R1N(R)2의 반응율은 존재하는 CHR2=CR2COOH의 화학이론적 초과량에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 반응물RfSO2F 및 H2NR1N(R)2를 함유하는 상기 용액은 반응 온도에서 상기 반응물과 반응 생성물을 용해시키는 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용매로 톨루엔이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, (c)반응 단계(a)중에 형성된 부산물, 아민 히드로플루오라이드를 함유하는 하부 액상을 제거하고, (d)남아있는 액상으로 부터 용매를 증류하여 이 남아있는 액상중의 화합물 RfSO2N(H)R1N(R)2의 함량(중량%)을 증대시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물(Ⅰ)이 식를 나타내고, 상기 RfSO2N(H)R1N(R)2가 C6F13SO2N(H)C3H6N(CH3)2이며, 상기 CHR2=CF2COOH가 CH2=CHCOOH인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 RfSO2F가 C6F13SO2F이고, 상기 H2NR1N(R)2가 H2NC3H6N(CH3)2인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 화합물가 부가 반응(b)에서 형성된 모든 반응 생성물의 적어도 50중량%를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 화합물가 부가 반응(b)에서 형성된 모든 반응 생성물의 약50 내지 90중량%를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
