Claims (14)

  1. 일반식(I)의 알케닐페놀을 알킬화제와 반응시킨 다음 산촉매존재하에서 산화시킴을 특징으로 하여 디하이드록시벤젠의 모노에테르를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서,
    R과 R1은 독립적으로 H 또는 저급 알킬이거나 또는 R과 R1이 함께 -(-CH2-)(여기에서 X는 3,4,5 또는 6임)을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알케닐페놀이 이소프로페닐페놀인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 알킬화제가 2-클로로프로피온산 또는 에스테르, 클로로아세트산 또는 에스테르 또는 클로로아세토니트릴인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 에스테르가 메틸에스테르 또는 2-에톡시에틸 에스테르인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 알킬화반응이 용매중에서 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 알킬화반응용 용매가 디메틸포름아마이드, 아세토니트릴, 디메틸설폭사이드, 아세톤 또는 메탄올인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬화반응이 염기의 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 염기가 탄산칼륨, 탄산나트륨, 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 알킬화반응이 0˚내지 200℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 산화반응이 반응매질중에서 수행되는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 산화반응용 반응매질이 아세트산, 메탄올 또는 아세톤인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 산촉매가 황산 또는 인산인 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 산화가 과산화수소에 의해서 이루어지는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 산화반응이 25˚내지 100℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
