Claims (7)

  1. 아연의 존재하에 산성 용매에서 과플루오로요오드 알칸 RFI(식중, RF는 C1~C20을 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 과플루오로알킬기를 나타냄)을 트리플루오로에틸렌과 반응시킨 다음, 얻어진 2-과플루오로알킬-1,1-디클로로에틸렌 RFCH=CCl2를 80℃이상의 온도에서 과망간산 칼륨 또는 나트륨의 존재하에 염기성 배지에서 산화시킴을 특징으로 하는 과플루오로알칸카르복실산 RFCO2H의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 트리클로로에틸렌/과플루오로요오도알칸의 몰비가 대략 2임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 산성 용매가 포름산, 아세트산, 프로피온산 또는 묽은 염산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과플루오로요오드알칸과 트리클로로에틸렌의 반응은 교반없이 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 산성 용매가 프로피온산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화는 탄산나트륨의 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, C4~C12를 함유하는 과플루오로요오도 알칸을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
