Claims (9)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 및 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 주기울표의 Ⅷ족 금속을 함유하는 촉매의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물, 일산화탄소 및 수소와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 포스피닐 아미노산유도체의 제조방법.식중, R1은 저급 알키리이고, R2는 수소원자, 저급알킬기, 할로-저급 알킬기 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐기이며, R3는 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬기 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐기 이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 메틸기이며, R2가 수소원자, 메틸기 또는 할로게노에틸기이고, R3가 저급알킬기 또는 페닐기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 40 내지 350kg/cm2G의 압력하에 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 40 내지 200℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,촉매가 코발트 카르보닐 화합물 및/또는 로륨 카르보닐 화합물인 방법.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 및/또는 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 주기율표의 Ⅷ족 금속을 함유하는 촉매의 존하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물, 일산화탄소 및 수소와 반응시킨다음, 무기산의 존재하에 반응 용매중에서 촉매를 산화시킴으로써 Ⅷ족 금속율 함유하는 촉매를 반응 용액으로부터 분리하고 이를 양이온 교환수지상에 흡착시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 포스피닐아미노산 유도체의 제조방법.식중, R1은 저급 알키리이고, R2는 수소원자, 저급알킬기, 할로-저급 알킬기 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐기이며, R3는 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬기 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐기 이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 무기산이 염산 또는 황산인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 산화를 산소, 함유 가스, 염소 또는 과산화수소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 산화제로 수행하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서 Ⅷ족 금속을 함유하는 촉매가 코발트 카르보닐 화합물 및/또는 로듐 카르보닐화합물인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
