Claims (27)

  1. 초기 부터 존재하는 화합물 Ⅱ의 양이 황과 비교해볼 때 최소한 약 5:1정도로 많고 반응하는 동안에 만들어진 황화수소를 반응구역으로부터 제거하며 본 방법이 불활성 대기의 화합물 Ⅰ이 생성되는 반응 조건하에서 실행되는 ; 일반식 Ⅱ의 화합물을
    황 원소와 반응시키는 것으로 구성된 일반식 Ⅰ의 에스테르 화합물의 제조방법.
    식중, R은 메타 또는 파라위치에 연결되는, R′가 메틸 또는 페닐인 일반식 -COOR′그룹.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응 구역내에서 만들어진 황화수소를 이것이 생성되는 속도와 동일한 속도로 반응구역으로부터 제거해내는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 약 230℃-약320℃인 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 약 245℃-약285℃인 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 황화수소를 제거하는 질소를 불어넣는 조건하에 실행하는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, R′가 메틸인 방법.

    식중, R은 메타 또는 파라위치에 연결되는, R′가 메틸 또는 페닐인 일반식 -COOR′그룹.
  19. 제 18 항에 있어서, 불활성 기체로 세정하면서 온도 약 240℃-약 300℃, 압력 약 10-약 100psig, 반응 시간 약 1-24시간의 조건으로 실행하는 방법.
  20. 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 적당한 용매가 디페닐 에테르인 방법.
  21. 제 18 항에 있어서, R부분이 파라위치에 연결되는 방법.
  22. 제 18 항에 있어서, R′가 메틸인 방법.
  23. 제 21 항에 있어서, R′가 페닐인 방법.
  24. 다음 일반식의 에스테르 화합물 :
    식중,부분은 메타 또는 파라위치에 연결된다.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 디페닐 트랜스 -4,4′-스틸벤디카복실레이트인 화합물.
  26. 디메틸 에스테르 스틸벤 유도체 출발물질, 디페닐 아세테이트, 촉매 및 반응 부산물이 함유된 반응생성물을 디메틸 포름아미드가 함유되어 있는 적당한 용매를 사용하여 재결정하는 것으로 구성된, 상기 반응 생성물로부터 스틸벤디카복실산의 파라 또는 메타 디페닐 에스테르 유도체를 정제해내는 방법.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 디부틸틴 옥사이드인 방법.
