Claims (4)

  1. 일단 반응을 완료시킨 후 이를 냉각시키기 전에, 약한 압력하에 반응 온도와 동일한 온도 또는 다소 높은 온도에서 한정된 시간 동안 질소 플러싱(flushing)을 수행하여, 용액중 촉매로 사용된 귀금속의 손실이 감소됨을 특징으로 하여, 활성탄상에 지지된 귀금속 촉매의 존재하에서, N-포스포노메틸 이미노디아세트산을 산소 또는 산소-함유 기체로 산화시켜 N-포스포노메틸글리신을 제조하는 개선된 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 질소 플러싱을 20 내지 120℃의 온도범위에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 개선된 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 질소 플러싱을 15분 내지 1시간 이하의 시간 동안 지속적으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 개선된 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 질소 플러싱을 반응 용액의 압력이 0.5 내지 5Kg/cm2범위임을 특징으로 하는 개선된 방법.
