Claims (9)

  1. 디피리다몰 또는 이의 산부가염, 디피리다몰 몰당 18산 당량 이상의 비독성인 약제학적산 또는 산성물질 하나 이상, 및 위장관의 pH범위 1 내지 7에서 90% 이상의 디피리다몰을 용해 시키는데 충분한 양의 붕해제와의 혼합물 유효량을 습과립화시키고 이 습한 과립을 타정함을 특징으로 하여, pH에 관계없이 방출속도가 조절된 경구투여용 정제를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산이 푸마르산인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 붕해제가 나트륨 전분 글리콜렌이트인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 약 5 내지 10중량%의 나트륨 전분 글리콜렌이트를 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 약 7.5중량%의 나트륨 전분 글리콜렌이트를 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 붕해제가 크로스포비돈인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 약 10 내지 12중량%의 크로스포비돈을 함유하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 붕해제가 크로스카멜로즈인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 3 내지 5중량%의 크로스카멜로즈를 함유하는 방법.
