Claims (7)
- 일반식(R1,R2및 R3은 동일 또는 상이한 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 저급알킬기 또는 저급 알콕시기를 뜻한다. 단R1=R2=R3=H을 제외한다)로 나타내는 아미노 안식향산 화합물 또는 그 염을 유효성분으로 하는 항서화성 궤양제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어 제형이 정제, 과립제, 산제, 캅셀제 등의 경구용 제형인 항소화성 궤양제의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어 담체가 유당, 전분, 덱스트린, 만니톨, 백당, 결정 셀루로즈, 탄산칼슘, 탈크, 스테아린산 마그네슘등인 항소화성 궤양제의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어 1투여 단위당의 아미노 안식향산화합물 또는 그 염의 함유량이 250―750㎎인 항소화성 궤양제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어 제형이 주상요 제형인 항소화성 궤양제의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어 담체가 증류수, 염화나트륨 용액 또는 염화칼륨 용액등인 항소화성 궤양제의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어 1투여 단위당의 아미노 안식향산 화합물 또는 그 염의 함유량이 50∼150㎎인 항소화성 궤양제의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
