Claims (17)
- 프롤린 하이드록실라제 및 라이신 하이드록실라제를 억제시키는 약제의 제조를 위한, 일반식(1)의 피리딘-2,4-및2,5-디카복사미드 및 이들의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염의 용도.상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는이고 R2및 R3는 동일하거나 상이하고 수소, C1-C4-알킬, 페닐 또는 C1-C3-알킬카보닐이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소이거나 C1-C3-알킬, 페닐 또는 C1-C3-알킬카보닐에 의하여 일치환되거나 비치화된 아미노인 용도.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소이거나 아세틸에 의해 일치환되거나 비치환된 아미노인 용도.
- 약제로서 사용하기 위한 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염.상기식에서, R1은 또는이고 R2는 수소, C1-C4-알킬, 페닐 또는 C1-C3-알킬카보닐이며, R3는 R2에서 정의한 바와 같고, 단, 수소가 아니다.
- 제4항에 있어서, 약제로서 사용하기 위한, R2가 수소이고, R3가 C2-C4-알킬, 페닐 또는 C1-C2-알킬카보닐인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, R2가 수소이고, R3가 C3-C4-알킬 또는 아세틸인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
- 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염.상기식에서, R1은이고, R2는 수소, C1-C4-알킬, 페닐 또는 C1-C3-알킬카보닐이며, R3는 R2에서 정의한 바와 같고, 단, 수소가 아니다.
- 제7항에 있어서, R2가 수소이고, R3가 C1-C2-알킬, 페닐 또는 C1-C2-알킬카보닐인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, R2가 수소이고, R3가 C3-C4-알킬 또는 아세틸인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, 우선 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 R2및 R3가 H인 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시킨 다음, 계속해서 반응생성물을 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시키며, 계속해서 반응 생성물을 경우에 따라 이의 생리학적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제7항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조 방법.상기식에서, R2및 R3는 제7항의 일반식(I)의 정의한 바와 같고, Y는 할로겐, 하이드록실 또는 C1-C4-알콕시이거나 카보닐 그룹과 함께 활성 에스테르 또는 혼합 무수물을 형성한다.
- 제7항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약제로서 사용하기 위한 화합물.
- 제4항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프롤린 하이드록실라제 및 라이신 하이드록실라제를 억제시키기 위한 화합물.
- 제4항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유 억제제 또는 면역 억제제로서 사용하기 위한 화합물.
- 제4항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 생리학적으로 허용되는 약제학적 비히클과 함께 함유하는 약제.
- 콜라겐 및 콜라겐-유사 물질의 대사 및 Clq생합성에 작용시키기 위한 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 용도.
- 콜라겐 및 콜라겐-유사 물질의 대사 및 Clq생합성의 장해를 치료하기 위한 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 약제에 혼입시킴을 특징으로 하는, 콜라겐 및 콜라겐-유사 물질의 대사와 Clq생합성에 작용시키기 위한 약제의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
