Claims (10)

  1. 그의 염산부가염의 융점이 196℃내지 202℃인 (±)-2, 6-디메틸-4-(3-니트로페닐)-1, 4-디히드로피리딘-3,5-디카르복시산-3-4-벤질-3-피페리닐)메스테르-5-메틸에스테르 또는 그의 염.
  2. 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시된 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시된 화합물과 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시된 디아스테레오머를 얻는 단계와 상기 디아스테레오머를 분별결정시키는 단계로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 정의 된 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 일반식(Ⅴ)로 표시된 화합물을 일반식(Ⅳ)으로 표시된 화합물과 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시된 디아스테레오머를 얻는 단계와 상기 디아스테레오머를 분별 결정시키는 단계로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 정의된 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 Y는 할로겐원자를 표시함.
  4. 일반식(Ⅶ)로 표시된 화합물을 일반식(Ⅷ)로 표시된 화합물과 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 디아스테레오머를 얻는 단계와 상기 디아스테레오머를 분별결정시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제1항에서 정의된 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1과 R2중의 하나는 메틸기를 표시하고 다른 것은 벤질피페리딜기를 표시한다.
  5. 일반식(Ⅶ)으로 표시된 화합물을 일반식(Ⅸ)으로 표시된 화합물 및 NH3(또는 암모늄염)반응시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시된 디아스테레오머를 얻는 단계와 상기 디아스테레오머를 분별결정시키는 단계로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는, 제1항에 정의된 화합물을 제조하는 방법.

    상기식에서 R1과 R2는 제4항에서 정의한 의미와 같다.
  6. 일반식(Ⅹ)으로 정의된 화합물을 일반식(Ⅸ)로 표시된 화합물 및 일반식(Ⅷ)로 표시된 화합물과 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시된 디아스테레오머를 얻는 단계와 상기디아스테레오머를 분별결정시키는 단계로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 정의된 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R1과 R2는 제4항에서 정의한 의미와 같다.
  7. 그의 염산부가염의 융점이 196내지 202℃인, (±)-2, 6-디메틸-4-(3-니트로페닐)-1, 4-디히드로피리딘-3,5-디카르복시산-3-(1-벤질-3-피페리딜)-에스테르-5-메틸메스테르 중에서 (+)성광도를 광학 이성체 또는 그의 염.
  8. 일반식(XIII)로 표시된 화합물을 일반식(XIV)으로 표시된 화합물과 반응시켜 일반식(XIII)로 표시된 화합물을 얻는 단계와, 화합물(XIII)과 화합물(XIV) 모두가 선광물질인 경우에는 통상적 방식에 의해, 또는 화합물(XII)이나 화합물(XIV)중의 어느것이 라세미 화합물인 경우에는 컬럼크로마토그래피에 의해서 제(7)항에서 정의한 화합물을 반응혼합물로부터 단리하는 단계로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 제7항에 정의된 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 활성성분으로서 제1항에 정의된 화합물의 유효양과의 약담체로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 의약조성물.
  10. 활성성분으로서 제7항에 정의된 화합물의 유효양과 의약담체로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 의약조성물.
