Claims (1)
- 하기 일반식(A)로 나타내는 화합물을 하기 일반식(B)의 화합물의 카르복시기를 활성화시켜 생성된 반응성 유도체와 반응시키고, 일반식(A)의 화합물의 R1이 수소원자일때 반응 생성물을 술폰화시키고, 보호기를 제거함을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(1)로 나타내는 광학적으로 활성인 화합물 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 그의 염의 제조방법.(식중, R은 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1~C4알킬기, C3~C4알케닐기, C3~C4알키닐기, 카르복시-치환 메틸기, 시아노-치환 메틸기, 카르복시에 의해 치환될 수 있는 C3~C6시클로알킬기, 카르복시-치환 C1~C5알킬기, 벤질기 및 페닐기의 군에서 선택된 기를 나타내며, R1은 수소원자, -SO3H 또는 -SO3H의 무기산염 또는 유기아민염을 나타내고, R2는 수소원자 또는 아미노기에 대한 보호기를 나타내며, R이 카르복시치환체를 갖는다면 R은 카르복시기에 대한 보호기에 의해 보호된다.)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
