Claims (2)

  1. 구조식(A)로 표시되는 아목실린이나 기능그룹이 보호된 아목실린을 구조식(Ⅱ)의 카복실산이나 이들의 반응성 유도체 또는 R1,R2및 또는 R3가 하이드록시를 나타낼 때는 이 카복실산의 하이드록시 보호유도체나 그 반응성 유도체와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 구조식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 페니실린 화합물 및 약학적으로 무독한 이들의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 구조식(Ⅲ)에서
    R1,R2및 R3는 수소, 저급알킬그룹, 할로겐원자, 저급알콕시그룹, 하이드록시그룹, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 페닐알콕시그룹(R1,R2및 R3는 동시에 수소일 수는 없다)이며;
    R4는 수소나 저급알킬그룹이다.
    상기 구조식(Ⅱ)에서
    R1,R2,R3와 R4와는 전술한 바와 같다.
  2. 6-아미노페니실란산이나 기능그룹이 보호된 이들의 유도체를 다음 구조식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 화합물이나 이들의 반응성 유도체 또는 R1,R2,R3및 또는 R5가 하이드록시를 의미할 때는 하이드록시가 보호된 유도체나 그 반응성 유도체와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 구조식(I)의 페니실린 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 구조식(I)에서
    R1,R2와 R3는 수소, 저급알킬그룹, 할로겐원자, 저급알콕시, 하이드록시그룹, 치환되거나 비치환된 알콕시그룹이며; R4는 수소나 저급알콕시그룹, R5는 수소나 하이드록시그룹(R1,R2및 R3가 동시에 수소일 수는 없다)을 나타낸다.
    상기 구조식(Ⅳ)에서 R1,R2,R3,R4와 R5는 전술한 바와 같다.
