제2도는 본 발명의 크러치페탈 작동시의 종단면도. 제3도는 본 발명의 크러치 페달 작동후 제동페달을 작동한 상태의 종단면도. 제4도는 본 발명의 크러치 페달을 놓았을때 파스칼의 원리를 이용하여 작동하는 상태의 종단면도.
Claims (2)
- 제동유로조절장치(1)를 구성하는 프란자 시런더(2)의 외주 연부에 코일(3)을 권회하여 칩체(4)를 복개한 중심부에 원추형 역지변(5)을 가진 역지봉(6)이 전자석 철심(7)을 관통시켜 선단을 프란자(8)에 관착 고정하며 역지봉(6)의 외주연부에는 직경이 작은 역지변스프링(9)과 직경이 큰 프란자 스프링(9a)을 각각 권회시켜 주며 하부에는 마스터시린더와 연결되는 연결구(10)와 휠시린더와 연결되는 연결구(11)를 대향 연결되도록 각각 형성하되 밸브시이트(12)를 형성한 유로(13)(13a)와 크러치페달을 놓을시 150kg/cm2이상의 고유압에도 원추형 역지변(5)이 프란자 스프링(9a)의 탄발력을 보강키 위해 파스칼의 원리를 이용한 고유압 평형봉(21)을 형성하며 크러치페달(14)의 하측에는 레버(15a)의 선단에 착설시킨 위치조정가능한 리미트스위치(15)를 설치하여 양극선(16)은 프란자 시린더(2) 외부에 권회된 코일과 연결시키고 전선(16a)은 축전지(17)와 연결되도록 구성된 파스칼의 원리를 이용한 자동차용 제동 유로조절장치.
- 유로(13)(13a)는 프란자 시린더(2)의 하측에 설치된 유입구쪽에는 마스터 시린더와 연결되는 연결구(10)와 유출구쪽에는 휠시린더와 연결되는 연결구(11)를 각각 형성하고 그 중앙에는 역지변(5)이 접하는 밸브시이트(12)와 역지변(5)의 첨단과 고유압 평형봉 첨단(22)이 접촉 및 분리가 되면서 약한 프란자스프링(9a)의 탄발력으로도 역지변이 개폐토록 형성하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 등록청구의 범위 제1항에 따른 파스칼의 원리를 이용한 자동차용 제동유로 조절장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
