Claims (8)

  1. 반응 매체 중에서 측정할 항원 또는 항체와 이에 대응하는 항체 또는 항원을 반응시키는 항원 항체 반응의 측정 방법에 있어 측정할 항원 또는 항체를 함유하는 시료를 그 반응 매체에 가용의 폴리아디온으로 처리하여 얻어지는 시료를 사용하여 그 반응을 행함을 특징으로 하는 항원 항체 반응의 측정방법
  2. 제1항에 있어서 그 반응을 폴리아니온의 존재하에 행함을 특징으로 하는 항원 항체 반응의 측정방법
  3. 제1또는 2항에 있어서 폴리아니온이 텍스트란 황산인 항원 항체 반응의 측정방법
  4. 제1항에 있어서 항원 항체 반응이 응집 반응인 항원 항체 반응의 측정 방법
  5. 제4항에 있어서 응집 반응이 역수신 응집 반응인 항원 항체 반응의 측정 방법
  6. 폴리아니온과 항원 항체 반응의 반응 매체를 함유하여서된 항원항체 반응용 시약
  7. 제6항에 있어서 반응 매체가수성 매체인 항원 항체 반응용 시약
