Claims (8)
- 반응 매체 중에서 측정할 항원 또는 항체와 이에 대응하는 항체 또는 항원을 반응시키는 항원 항체 반응의 측정 방법에 있어 측정할 항원 또는 항체를 함유하는 시료를 그 반응 매체에 가용의 폴리아디온으로 처리하여 얻어지는 시료를 사용하여 그 반응을 행함을 특징으로 하는 항원 항체 반응의 측정방법
- 제1항에 있어서 그 반응을 폴리아니온의 존재하에 행함을 특징으로 하는 항원 항체 반응의 측정방법
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서 폴리아니온이 텍스트란 황산인 항원 항체 반응의 측정방법
- 제1항에 있어서 항원 항체 반응이 응집 반응인 항원 항체 반응의 측정 방법
- 제4항에 있어서 응집 반응이 역수신 응집 반응인 항원 항체 반응의 측정 방법
- 폴리아니온과 항원 항체 반응의 반응 매체를 함유하여서된 항원항체 반응용 시약
- 제6항에 있어서 반응 매체가수성 매체인 항원 항체 반응용 시약
