Claims (3)
- 분석물에 특이적으로 결합할 수 있고 다른 교차 반응성을 갖는 최소한 두개의 단클론 항체의 혼합물이 수용체로서 사용되며, 정량될 분석물이 분석물에 대한 수용체의 결합 부위에 대해 알고 있는 양의 라벨링되거나 고정화된 분석물과 경쟁함에 의한 단클론 분석물의 면역학적 검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 10:1 비율의 두개 단클론 항체의 혼합물이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 테스트에 대한 검출 한계 및 허용가능한 한계의 3배 사이인 하나 또는 여러물질과의 교차 반응성을 갖는 단클론 항체가 사용되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
