염기성 태아단백질의 측정방법 및 시약

제1도는 실시예 1에 기재된 제1도에 해당하는 것으로, 모노클로날(monoclonal) 항염기성 타아단백질 항체를 사용함으로써 측정한 BFP값과 폴리클로날 항염기성 태아탄백질 항체를 사용함으로써 측정한 BFP값간의 상관성을 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 두 항체를 사용하는 샌드위치법에 의하여 염기성 태아단백질을 측정하는 데 있어서, 상기 두 항체를 염기성 태아단백질의 서로 다른 결정기와 각각 반응하는 모노클로날 항염기성 태아단백질로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염기성 태아단백질의 측정 방법.
  2. 두 항체를 사용하는 샌드위치법에 의하여 염기성 태아단백질를 측정하는 시약으로서, 상기 두 항체를 염기성 태아단백질의 서로 다른결정기와 각각 반응하는 모노클로날 항염기성 태아단백질로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염기성 태아아단백질의 측정시약.
