제3A,3B 및 3C도는 각각 단클론성 항체 167,150 및 360의 교차 반응성을 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 인간 PSTI를 인지하는 단클론성 항체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하이브리도마 hPSTI-150에 의해 생산되고 항-인간 PSTI 단클론성 항체 150으로 명명된 단클론성 항체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하이브리도마 hPSTI-167에 의해 생산되고 항-인간 PSTI 단클론성 항체 167으로 명명된 단클론성 항체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하이브리도마 hPSTI-360에 의해 생산되고 항-인간 PSTI 단클론성 항체 360으로 명명된 단클론성 항체.
  5. 인간 PSTI를 인지하는 단클론성 항체를 생산하는 하이브리도마.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 단클론성 항체150을 생산할 수 있는 하이브리도마 hPSTI-150으로 명명된 하이브리도마.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 단클론성 항체167을 생산할 수 있는 하이브리도마 hPSTI-167으로 명명된 하이브리도마.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 단클론성 항체 360을 생산할 수 있는 하이브리도마 hPSTI-360으로 명명된 하이브리도마.
  9. 인간 PSTI를 인지하는 단클론성 항체 또는 항체를 사용하는 방사선 면역 분석 또는 효소 면역 분석에 의해 인간 PSTI를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 인간 PSTI의 결정 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 단클론성 항체를 항-인간 PSTI 단클론성 항체 150,167 및 360에서 선택하는 방법.
