TSH의 측정방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 여러가지 TSH-β소단위 특이성 단일항체의 여러 조합을 사용한 1단계 EIA에 의한 TSH의 측정에 있어서 반응물의 흡광도와 TSH농도의 상관관계를 나타낸 그래프이다.
제2도는 1단계 EIA에 의한 TSH의 측정에 있어서 공존하는 다른 호르몬의 영향을 보여주기 위해 TSH의 농도와 공존하는 다FMS 당단백호르몬(LH 및 FSH)의 상관관계를 나타낸 그래프이다. 어기서 제2-a도 및 제2-c도는 본 발명 방법에 관한 것이고, 제2-b도 및 제2-d는 참고방법에 관한 것이다.
제3도는 본 발명과 참고방법의 1단계 EIA에 의한 임산부로부터 채취된 HCG 함유 혈청의 TSH 측정에 있어서 공존하는 다른 당단백의 영향을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 항원으로서 TSH를 함유하는 측정시료를 고상의 불용성 항체 및 표지된 항체와 항원-항체 반응시키고, 측정될 항원에 결합한 표지된 항체를 유리된 표지된 항체로부터 분리한 후, 결합한 항원의 양을 측정하는 것으로 이루어지는 면역측정법에 의한 TSH의 측정방법에 있어서, 불용성 TSH-β소단위 특이성 단일항체를 고상으로, 표지된 TSH-β소단위 특이성 단일항체를 표지된 항체로 사용하고 상기 TSH-β소단위 특이성 단일항체가 서로 다르게 인지되는 에피토프를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 면역측정법이 1단계 샌드위치법 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 면역측정법이 효소면역측정법 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 표시된 항체가 펄옥시데이즈로 표시된 TSH-β소단위 특이성 단일항체 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 표시된 항체가 방사성 동위원소로 표시된 TSH-β소단위 특이성 단일항체 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
