Claims (10)
- 샘플을 분석 대상을 특이적으로 인지할 수 있는 결합 성분이 결합되어 있는 콜로이드성 비-금속 입자를 포함하는 비-금속 표지된 성분과 접촉시킨 다음, 샘플중 분석 대상의 양의 측정으로서 분석대상/콜로이드성 비-금속 입자 착물의 존재 또는 양을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는, 샘플중 분석대상의 존재 또는 양을 측정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드성 비-금속 입자가 황, 셀레늄 및 텔루륨으로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비-금속 입자에 결합되어 있는 결합 이성분이 항원, 합텐(haptem) 및 항체로 구성되는 부류로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 샘플과, 분석대상을 인지할 수 있는 결합 화합물이 결합되어 있는 콜로이드성 셀레늄 입자의 수성 분산액을 포함하는 셀레늄 표지된 성분과의 반응 혼합물을 생성하고, 샘플중 분석 대상의 양의 측정으로서 상기 반응 혼합물중 분석대상/셀레늄 표지된 성분의 응집 착물의 존재 또는 양을 광학적 특성의 변화를 측정함으로써 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 샘플중 분석대상의 존재 또는 양을 측정하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 셀레늄 표지된 결합 성분이 셀레늄 표지된 항원, 합텐 및 항체로 구성된 부류로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드성 입자가 약 3mm 내지 약 450mm의 입자 크기를 갖는 방법.
- 콜로이드성 비-금속 입자 및 분석대상을 특이적으로 인지할 수 있는 결합 성분을 포함하는, 샘풀중 분석 대상의 측정에 유용한 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드성 비-금속 입자가 황, 셀레늄 또는 텔루륨인 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 결합 성분이 항원, 합텐 또는 항체인 조성물.
