Abstract

본 발명은 프로존 현상을 유도하지 않고서 생체내 물질의 편리한 분석이 가능한 면역분석 키트 및 면역분석 방법을 제공한다. 면역분석 키트는 분석 물질에 면역학적으로 결합하는 물질로 고정화시킨 자기성 입자(A), 및 분석 물질로 고정화시킨 비자기성 입자(B)를 적어도 함유한다. 면역분석 키트는 샘플 중의 분석 방해 물질에 면역학적으로 결합하는 물질로 고정화시킨 자기성 입자(C)를 추가로 함유할 수 있다. 샘플을 입자(A) 및 (C)와, 입자(B)와 반응시키고; 반응하지 못한 면역복합체 형태인 자기성 입자를 수집하고; 반응ㆍ용액에 남은 비자기성 입자의 흡광도를 측정함으로써 본 발명의 면역분석 방법을 수행한다. 샘플 중의 분석 물질은 분석 물질의 표준 샘플을 사용하여 제조된 보정 곡선을 참조로 하여 정량적으로 측정한다.

생체내 물질의 면역학적 분석용 키트 및 면역학적 분석 방법

제2도는 샘플 중의 분석물질 항원, 및 항원으로 고정화시킨 비자기성 입자가 경쟁적으로 반응하는 본 발명의 면역분석의 공정을 나타내는 도식이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 분석 물질에 면역학적으로 결합하는 물질로 고정화시킨 불용성 자기성 입자, 및 분석 물질로 고정화시킨, 특정 범위의 흡수 파장을 갖는 불용성 비자기성 입자를 함유함을 특징으로 하여 항원-항체 반응을 이용하여 샘플 중의 분석용 생체내물질을 면역학적으로 분석하는 키트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분석을 방해하는 샘플 중의 물질에 면역학적으로 결합하는 물질로 고정화시킨 불용성 자기성 입자를 추가로 함유하는 분석용 생체내 물질을 면역학적으로 분석하는 키트.
  3. (1) 분석 물질에 면역학적으로 결합하는 물질로 고정화시킨 불용성 자기성 입자의 분산액 및 분석 물질로 고정화시킨, 특정 범위의 흡수 파장을 갖는 불용성 비자기성 입자의 분산액을 임의의 순서로 샘플과 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하고; (2) 상기 혼합물에 자기장을 적용하여 면역학적으로 결합하지 못한 자기성 입자와 함께 상기 혼합물 중에 형성된 상기 자기성 입자와 상기 분석 물질의 복합체를 제거하고; (3) 흡광도를 측정함으로써 혼합물에 남은 상기 비자기성 입자의 농도를 측정하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 항원-항체 반응을 이용하여 샘플 중의 분석용 생체내 물질을 분석하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 분석을 방해하는 샘플 중의 물질에 면역학적으로 결합하는 물질로 고정화시킨 불용성 자기성 입자를 상기 혼합물에 추가로 가하고; 상기 혼합물 중에 형성된 상기 자기성 입자 및 상기 분석 방해물질의 복합체를 자기장에 의해 추가로 제거함을 특징으로 하여 샘플 중의 분석용 생체내 물질을 분석하는 방법.
