Claims (1)

  1. (a) 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나,
    상기 구조식에서
    Y는 할로겐, 또는 알콕시 또는 알킬티오(각각 알킬부위에 1 내지 4개의 탄소함유)이고
    R1, R2, R3, m 및 n은 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)에서와 같고
    (b) 구조식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 구조식(Ⅴ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, 또는
    상기 구조식에서
    R2, R3및 m은 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)에서와 같고
    Hal은 할로겐을 나타내며,
    R5는 수소, C1∼C6-알킬 또는 구조식(Ⅰ)에서 R1(c) 또는 R1(e)로 표시한 기와 같고,
    (c) 구조식(Ⅰa)의 화합물을 구조식 Z-R6(Z는 요드, 염소 또는 브롬이며 R6는 구조식(Ⅰ)의 R1(b)에서의 알킬을 나타냄)의 알킬화제 또는 구조식 Cl-CO2(C1-C6)-알킬의 클로로포름산 에스테르 또는 구조식 Cl-(CH2)q-COR4(R5, q는 구조식(Ⅰ)의 R1(f)에서와 같음)의 화합물과 반응시켜,
    다음 구조식(Ⅰ)이 이소퀴놀린 유도체 및 이들의 생리적으로 무독한 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 구조식에서
    m은 1 또는 2이고
    n은 1 또는 2이며
    R1은 (a) 수소, (b) 하이드록실로 임의로 치환된 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1∼C6알킬, C1∼C4알콕시 또는 C3∼C6-사이클로알킬, (c) 티에닐, 푸릴, 피리딜 또는 피리미딜, (d) 포밀 또는 C1∼C6-알콕시카보닐, (e) C1∼C6-알킬, C1∼C6알콕시, 메틸렌디옥시, 하이드록실, 니트로, 아미노, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 할로겐 등에 의해 일치환, 이치환 또는 삼치환될 수 있는 페닐, (f)-(CH2)q-COR4(q는 0,1,2,3 또는 4이며 R4는 티에틸, 푸릴, 피리딜 또는 상기 (e)항의 페닐에서와 같이 임의로 치환된 페닐기) 및 (g)
    를 나타내며(Hal은 할로겐)
    R2는 수소 또는 C1∼C6-알킬이고
    R3는 수소, 할로겐, 하이드록실, C1∼C6알킬, C1∼C6알콕시, 벤질옥시, 메틸렌디옥시, 에틸렌디옥시, 니트로 또는 아미노를 나타낸다.
